I schedule an appointment with the Plumb works and the customer service lady told that I need to pay $69 to get the estimate of the work. If I hire them to do my work then $69 will be waived. So, I decided to try them after reading reviews.
But it was a very wrong decision, the technician Name Andrew came, first of all without the shoe cover, so I requested to take shoes off and he did that, then without checking anything, he is telling me that I need to sign an agreement, I asked what it is for. He said this is for agreeing to pay $224. I asked is this the repair cost? He said no, this is to get the estimate, I said then what is for $69? He now saying this is the added fee to diagnose. I said what? Then I said well I need to call to your office. I called and they kept telling me that sometimes there will be additional fees to diagnose the actual issue. I asked then why I am paying $69? They now changed their word and saying that just the dispatch fee. I had no clue before they come about this additional fee.

I even sent the pics and videos of the issue and the technician didnt even bother to turn on the washer to see the actual problem but just giving this random number. I got really disappointed as I am a student and paying $69+$224 is just to get the estimate to repair seems super ridiculous.

Then the office lady called the technician and he was talking very badly about me with her, and was so rude in behavior. Then the lady called me and I said, I dont want to pay $69 for not getting any quote and dont want to pay $69 as this is making no sense to me.

So, then she called the technician and advice them to leave my property. The main technician Andrew was super rude and very unprofessional. Just wasted my time.

Please give me a second thought before hiring this pro. The other technicians in this company may be good but surely not the one they sent to me.
