I run a plumbing company in Cincinnati and have had the pleasure of working with PLK on several projects the last couple years. Being a female in a predominately male industry, I have had my struggles with contractors and PLK (especially John House) has been a breath of fresh air. They are organized, efficient and most importantly - respectful! From my perspective they seem like an amazing company to work for and with. I hope to continue to do business with them as long as possible. Couldn't recommend them more!

I own construction company and so grateful for PLK Community. I can't speak highly enough of there professionalism and conduct. I can say from my personal experience is every employee we have dealt with only cares about taking care of the residents and improving their communities... We also continually see the same employee faces at the communities we serve and PLK employee/charity events. PLK seems to have great employee retention. This can not be said about many property management or asset management companies we work for. My staff at American Way Exteriors is beyond great full for the PLK Communities and PLK's continued forward outlook.

I am a leasing consultant for PLK at Alexander Pointe Apartments and I LOVE working for this company. (I should say family.) The atmosphere is amazing and everyone I have met has a professional yet fun attitude. My co-workers are the BEST. I love the luxury communities that PLK Communities has & are building. The apartments look great, the staff are friendly & prompt, the landscaping is fantastic & overall the company is pretty great from what I have experienced.

I applied and was accepted to rent an apartment here. I paid for the application fee, submitted all documents that were needed, gave my REFUNDABLE deposit to hold the apartment that fit my needs BUT had NOT signed a lease yet. The place is beautiful inside and outside and very clean and I was very excited. However, there was a sudden change in my life and I chose not to sign the lease. I ve made several phone calls to both MIAMIVIEW APARTMENTS and to PLK COMMUNITIES main office to get my $201 and some change sent back to me. The story I ve gotten multiple times is it s been sent out, then I got you ll have it the last week of June. IT S THE 2nd LAST DAY IN JULY AND I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY REFUNDED MONEY! I ve left multiple messages with a return number and have received NOTHING. This, I believe is called stealing. PLK COMMUNITIES has the worst customer service and lies and keeps your money and will NEVER return calls no matter what. Keeping people s money is wrong and unjust. What does a person have to do to get what s owed to them from this freaking place?! SUE THE PLACE?!
