The baby arugula from Plenty is unlike any you have ever tasted. The leaves are puffy and so super fresh tasting. This arugula is spicy. Peppery. Absolutely delicious!
I wish it was more available in stores in Marin County.

About PLENTY

Plenty: Revolutionizing Indoor Vertical Farming

Plenty is a company that has taken the world of indoor vertical farming by storm. With its innovative approach to agriculture, Plenty has managed to create a sustainable and efficient way of growing fresh produce year-round. The company's mission is to provide flavorful, healthy, fresh, and clean produce while using less space and fewer resources.

Indoor vertical farming is not a new concept; however, Plenty has taken it to the next level. The company uses advanced technology such as machine learning algorithms and robotics to optimize plant growth. This technology allows for precise control over environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, light intensity, and nutrient levels.

One of the most significant advantages of indoor vertical farming is that it eliminates the need for pesticides or herbicides. Since plants are grown in a controlled environment without exposure to pests or diseases commonly found in traditional outdoor farms, there's no need for harmful chemicals.

Another advantage of indoor vertical farming is that it requires significantly less water than traditional outdoor farms. Plenty uses hydroponic systems that recirculate water through the roots of plants continuously. This system reduces water usage by up to 95% compared with conventional agriculture methods.

The use of artificial lighting also allows for year-round production regardless of weather conditions or seasonal changes. This means that consumers can enjoy fresh produce all year round without worrying about availability or quality issues.

Plenty's commitment to sustainability doesn't stop at its innovative approach to agriculture; they also prioritize reducing food waste by delivering their products directly from their farm facilities within hours after harvests have been completed.

The company currently offers several varieties of leafy greens such as kale, arugula, spinach along with herbs like basil and mint which are available at select grocery stores across California with plans for expansion into other states soon.

In conclusion,

Plenty's innovative approach towards indoor vertical farming has revolutionized modern-day agriculture practices while providing consumers with high-quality fresh produce throughout the year sustainably. Their commitment towards sustainability coupled with advanced technology makes them one-of-a-kind in this industry today!
