WARNING: Total scam. I brought in a phone and told them exactly what was wrong it. They still "ran a diagnosis" and I was charged 35$. They called me a few days later and said it was impossible to fix. I promise you they did not even look into the problem because the seal on the screen that requires to be taken off to fix the broken part was still like it was when I brought it in . My son ordered parts and fixed it within a few hours. These guys take advantage of non tech savvy people as you can see on other positive reviewers who were also told it could not be fixed.

Friendly, helpful staff, great displays and selection.

Had two devices repaired with Case Depot. Guys were unable to repair the phones but were able to provide reasonable solutions. They were very accommodating, professional and polite. I would recommend them to anyone needing a repair! They also sell smartphone accessories and refurbished smartphones at reasonable prices. Thank you guys!

My Xbox one X was really loud and crashing. The fix it in 2 days clean everything and put new paste on the CPU. My xbox is super quiet.

Edit: Bought phone early December. Had problems with touchscreen in January. Technician replaced touchscreen within 1 hour completely free of charge. Amazing customer service!

Charging port went on my Samsung phone. They had the part in stock and at the cheapest price in Moncton. Walked in and 20min later it was fixed. Working great, very pleased.

Always have good experiences here. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My charger port wasn't working properly and I thought it needed to be replaced. That would be $120. They had it apart and deemed just needed a cleaning. So i only paid $30. Very honest and will continue to go there for service.

Products never fit and are never there! Bought screen protector and it doesnt even fit my phone with the case on and I paid 40 dollars

Very friendly and professional staff. I have bought 2 phones and 1 tablet including cases for both phones. The staff took the time to set up both phones for me, transferred all the contacts, check to ensure everything worked properly on both phones. They did all this extra work for me, which in my opinion they didn't have to. It was a great experience, not being a technical person all the extras they did for me made my day, I walked out of the store ready to go, My wife's phone and mine are still working great. I would recommend this location to all my friends. I can't imagine anyone not having a great experience and leaving the store very happy with the service, pricing and the friendly employees.

Bought a case about a month ago at the Sussex flea market from their booth and the thing started to straight up fall apart. I took it in to the store today and they gave me a new case. That's fantastic customer service! If you need a case or screen protector for your phone run don't walk to this place.
