WOW! Words cannot describe how of an professional and amazing job Kennedy and his team achieved on my 2006 Lexus IS250. I had gotten side swiped by another car, and I came into tears. I called many shops around, and did my research on which shop that I can trust with my vehicle. After calling around and looking for shop, I am extremely happy that I went to Platinum VIP. I called in, made an appointment with Kennedy, who is extremely nice, respectful, and sincere. I pulled in with my car, and right away he came to me examining my car. Kennedy went into every detail of where, what, and how my car needs to be repaired. Compared to other shops I have notice, the examiner runs around the car and just writes up a quote and leaves. BUT Platinum VIP, makes sure their customer understands every process and what exactly there are going to do to have my car back on the road. This makes me feel a whole lot more comfortable for having my car be repaired and I am grateful that they take the time to do that. I got the paperwork, gave the other parties insurance information and they took care of the rest. I didn't have to worry about a single thing! Picked up a rental, and my car was already in progress. They finished my car on time as they promised and did an incredible job. This place actually truly takes their time and effort to make sure it comes out better than factory. Thank you Kennedy and his team for making my experience amazing and best of all, thank you for the terrific body service on my Lexus! I highly recommend this place.

Found this place online because I needed auto body work from getting rear ended, it was about 10 minutes away, and the reviews were all great. I made the initial call to schedule an appointment, and had my car towed to the place. Kennedy took the time to explain the repair process, (he's very technical, a true perfectionist) and he always returned my phone calls, worked with the insurance company, and give me a time line for completion. I got my car back, and it was perfect. Paint matched, and the body work was perfect. Besides the body work, he was also able to troubleshoot and diagnose some fuel issues my car was having, and he took care of those as well, even ordering some Japanese made parts for me. I couldn't be more pleased. Definitely a one stop shop.

Kennedy is amazing! He is so knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. He only uses OEM parts and that's to show how much he truly cares for the quality of his work. Kennedy knew I was paying out of pocket for my rental, so he did the best he could to expedite everything. My car was completed within 3 weeks! When I picked up my car, they had detailed my entire car and it looked good as new! Kennedy and his team are super detailed, honest, and does not cut corners. They are now my designated car shop and I will definitely be referring them!

Has got to be the highest quality of work I've had done in my life. Extremely friendly and creative. The custom work coming out of that shop blows my mind.

I highly recommended this place they did an amazing job on my bmw 335i. I had my front and back bumper repainted and they matched the paint perfectly. I m honestly really happy with the service and quality this body shop provides. Try them out for yourself you will not regret it !
