Excellent company to work for and always plenty of overtime

Worst company ever I worked with them for a year and a half supervisor is trying to fire people favoritism in an organized

Really good company got hired on the spot . I got a really easy post also a lot of over time . It's a really good place to get ur experience!

Update (2017): The company is currently paying the $12 of minimum wage required by law this time. This time they did it without waiting two or three months.

Update : The company started to pay the $10.50 on (October 2016) Since 2017 is three months away and the minimum is going to be raised to $12 I'll keep you posted about 2017

Company does not pay current minimum wage of Los Angles effective July 1st of $10.50 there paying $10.00 and plan to keep paying less than minimum.

Great company if you want a easy job most of the security's guards are good to talk to some think their all that, company has some accounts with stores like (marshals pain in ass if you hate standing in one spot) and apartments and one of their big account whole foods which can either be a pain or easy post based on how the whole foods mangers like you, one word from them and you're gone from that post (Most got to mangers by being Uptight and licking their way to mangers). I wouldn't work for this company Dispatch will lie to you saying that the person you want to talk to is in a meeting or will switch names with each other so you wouldn't know who you spoke with, also the dispatchers will tell you that you need to follow some rules. (when it benefits them) and will threaten you with write ups just because you don't do things their way if you do work for this company I'd advise you read all the rules and use them against them if your right about something. Supervisors are cool in my experience but been told they can be hypocrites.

Word of Adivse if you want to stay in a post and don't want to get moved do the job even at a bare minimum and most importantly be best friends ( or pretend) with the important people property management and other security guards that have been at that post the longest.

Update : On my "word of advice" an other things : Apparently talking to much on the job can get you fired, example when working in some stores Whole Foods , marshal, etc Other security guard or especially workers will complain and get you removed from the post or even cause you to lose you job. Like I said this mostly happens when working in stores or other similar locations, which in opinion doesn't make sense to fire or remove someone, instead of talking to them or moving them to a spot that suits them better. The only way your going to get in trouble for talking to much is if they don't like you, you pretty much just give the people that don't like you an excuse to get you moved or fired.

Sexual harassment: This company takes sexual harassment very seriously and I mean it! Be careful how you treat females in the workplace example let's say you like this girl, you make comments towards her, you may think the comments where not bad. She makes a complaint and next thing you know, your gone.

Watch out for this company they have employees that steal and there not responsible for there actions stay away

They are unprofessional and lack basic communication skills. I was supposed to receive my last check to via FedEx and didn't.

Have been working for over 3 weeks and have not received not 1 dime. I called monday to speak to payroll was told she comes in at 11... i know right... i called 11 and now she not comong in till 1.

When i started securitiing, this company is the first company I have work with, I'd never had any trouble about my pays, and the office is nice and neat, and their guidance is at hand that you can trust.

Hesperia Walmart off of main Street a Platinum security guard was double parked across the one and only handicap spot in front of the Wells Fargo ATM. While I was waiting for him to complete his transaction I took a short video of the company's truck. The guard had left it running with the driver window down unsupervised. I asked for his name and he refused to give it to me then shortly after he pulled out his phone and started recording me while I was completing my transaction at the ATM then walked over to my car and start recording my license plate. It's a shame you got mopes like this guy representing your company Platinum security (check photos!)

They pick and chose who they wanna hiring this company picky good thing but give people like me a chance smh

I find the security guards to be rude and lack of communication skills please retrain your officers on being more polite and being more respectful to all people not just who they choose to be polite to

Platinum security hires an uneducated security guards with no experience , I see them at Whole Foods Market every day on Lincoln and Rose , they harass people and escalate situations for absolutely no reason at all, it is hard to shop at the supermarket without getting harassed on a daily basis I've witnessed them harass multiple people , I've even seen the platinum security guards clinch their fist and threaten to swing on a family with their infant son in a stroller, it's really out rages I've never seen such inappropriate behavior in my life

Consistent, Punctual, Observant, and Kind. Couldn't ask for a more disciplined courtesy guard company.

Horrible company. Fired me just because the manager and I had an disagreement on employee write ups so he made up some information to use against me. I was a super and would rather fix the issue with corrective training but they just wanted to write everyone up for things that could be fixed so everyone was being fired and our turn around was horrible. We were so short staffed it was horrible.

They also payed us low rates for what we were doing and never got payed for extra work and payed us late and had horrible benefits.

I'll update this more later. Currently filing a lawsuit against them. And reported them to the labor board and better business Bureau and unemployment because I still have not recieved my last two checks.

Hate this company with a passion.

guards hassle senior citizens, are nasty and do not wear masks.

Do not even deserve a star......Horrible employees in Playa Vista / Runway shopping area. I live and work in this area and will file formal complaints with the businesses in this area. Would not let me park my motorcycle in a car parking spot because "it is the rule!" Did not know there were restrictions on parking on the street.....

I was involved with one of the security guard.
He target me on a stop sign and knocked wild on my windows and screamed. Where I moved on he speed up with his bike from the facing bike lane on the right in front of my car and breaked.I was lucky to stopped in the right moment.We faced front direction. He goes slowly of the bike turns around and called other security. He was very action and engaged to target me. I just called the police the security holded me thight. I try to get everything on my dashboard cam. What he does he ran around and goes back and forward to other people and tells I try to kill him. He walked normal around and laugh to the other. Till the police came. But it was not the only thing that he started to tell a lied to the police I had hurt him.
I am facing to lose my job my home and all out of a lie from this security guard he states he was in pain.What for a f up.
This company has dishonest employees and my recommendation.
Don't hire this company the unprofessional and dishonest stuff. Brings you in trouble and you are not protected by them their take only your money.
Help me that the security guard gets cut.
In God we trust and that their are some stuff what goes to the police and report the truth that he lied to get this only to a report on my record.

By far the worst Security company ever I've worked for them for about 2 years now they dont care about there employees at all they stay messing up your pay ...I've reported numerous guards for sleeping , drinking alcohol, smoking, etc. This company will send a person to a post totally unprepared to work without the proper paperwork credentials or permits the office willing gives out there employees information at will with no Hesitation and I have proof... by far the Shadiest Security company EVER !!!!!!!

Worst company every just started yesterday and got sent home cause they didn't give me a heavy duty belt which I have nothing to place in like handcuffs pepper spray etc. In handbook it says you can wear small stud earrings which I had on which I was told I can wear and supervisor orzaco made a complaint for whatever reason them in top of that no benefits and can't pay minimum wage which is 15$ this place sucks really

This is the worst security company ever they never take care of anything and their securities are always sleeping

Waste of my time and gas I have applied so many times here in Las Vegas and have the experience and work cards to start work asap but instead they called me in twice for interviews and both time was told they'll give me a call and never once received one back from them the whole time I was in their talking to him I felt this nasty ugly vibe coming from him and felt discriminated.

Yes very good company to work with one of the best in my career experience
