I have been a Platin Systems customer since 2002 and I have had only pleasant, very good and useful experiences with you. The shop owner, they offered me high-quality consulting, they had a great patience to explain the necessary ones regarding the computers and / or the purchased components, and where I managed to find products that in other stores either online or offline, at least in Romania, we simply did not find them.
The service has always been above expectations. They managed to solve any problem at a very good price, considering a quality / price ratio that I could not find elsewhere, and also quickly (either in a few hours or in less than 5 business days usually ), from repair of motherboards, video, monitor, printer, source, etc. up to software issues. I also received many useful tips and had technical discussions in a very pleasant environment, with the service personnel, but not only, without being shipped or neglected.
This is my experience, maybe subjective, but as a result of the interactions had so far with a first class company.

Even if I took second-hand laptops or had a computer / laptop malfunction, I could rely on the engineer here!
