Plasma softech is a well organised company and it is a excellent platform to learn new technology . i have been working in this company from last two year as a QA engineer . Apart from this the infrastructure is very good , no work pressure ,flexible timing, on time sallery, friendly environment ,
They also provide time to learn new technology such as API and APPIUM etc..

This company dose'nt provide job security and they can terminate you on the same days without any prior intimation.

This company does not provide job security. They can terminate the employee without any prior information. They don t give experience letter to their employees. This company is very bad. No increments in salary. Manager and HR are more interested in politics than work. Very bad working environment.
