I started my career at Plascore working on the manufacturing floor on 3rd shift. The work was steady, and I had the opportunity for overtime. The management was fabulous and showed appreciation for my efforts. Within 8 months, I moved to the corporate office for an administrative role. Besides the awesome vacation and benefit packages available, I was compensated fairly and received quarterly bonuses. It was a safe and fun work environment. After 4 years I had to leave as my life outside of work was not aligning with the job any longer. I was told when I left that I could always come back. Three years later, I was rehired and happy to be here. People here care about their co-workers' safety, and when anyone is facing trials outside of work the support is amazing. It's great to be part of a multicultural, caring and growing organization!

Great place to work. I really enjoy being apart of the Plascore Team.

Not a good place to work. There is alot of favoritism here and you only get one 30 minute break, which half of it is paid and the other half isn't.
They have a high turnover rate here for a reason, that is why they are always looking for people.
I've seen people work here for a day or two and quit.
They've changed things a bit to try to keep people here, but in my opinion there are alot of better places to work than at this company.

Plascore is a great company to work for, people truly care for one another. Competitive benefits, great vacation option and offer a Sabbatical. We all work well with one another, trying to be a team more than individuals. We make a very unique product and almost everything is custom. Personally I work with other engineers, manufacturing, and operators to ensure machines run well and to make the life of the operator as easy as possible. Management is very approachable if you have questions, comments or complaints. We all want to make this a great place to work and improve all that we do/have. I feel my voice is heard, and I have seen suggestions I have made get implemented. I have also taken suggestions from others and applied them to their machines to help them out. Our CEO/Owner is a very intelligent man, who is very easy to talk to about different ideas on projects, and is very involved in the company and cares for his employees.

Currently work for Plascore, Great wages, Benefits, Atmosphere, They care about the people who work for them!

Great place to work. Lots of friendly coworkers and every employee can make a significant impact.

Edit: Removing a star because of the strict mask policy. Still a great place to work, but can be annoying in the non-air conditioned areas.
