Pinnacle Career Institute is one of the best schools i have every came across. When I first started looking into going back to school I wasn't sure about everything and then I came across PCI. From the very beginning they where absolutely amazing. The process was really fast and easy. I was enrolled within a week and started the next month with the next class. I went for my Certified Medical Assistant. I finished the program with the exception of covid in the 10 months like they say you can do. From start to finish they had my back, was there when i had questions and was there when I just needed a little restart on things. I highly recommend this school. Believe me you won't regret it!!
Been in this class December and it has been a headache dealing with the finance office. They never return emails or answer and return calls. I m a single father and trying to push through this course because it s what I want to do (for my kids), so yes getting as much help with my financial questions does matter to me and this institution. Whether or not they have an answer for me, they could at least answer my emails or call me to let me know they haven t forgotten about me. Oh I forgot they called me A LOT and left me several messages before I enrolled to make sure that the school would be paid before I began but it seems like they forget about the students needs after they collect what they needed. Sorry for the long rant but I shouldn t have to beg for a financial question or status. Not sure if I d refer any people I know to deal with this same headache.
I was recruited to this school back in 2018ish. I was told i would recieve a associates in my field of study. I ended up getting a certificate of completion. Some how what i was told and the contract werent the same. So i asked for a refund and i was gonna send all their stuff back. If i would have known i would have been treated like this i would have never left the school i was in. I was in school for heatimg and air in a actual associates program. I do not recommend this school they care nothing for their graduates. Do not go to this place.

I am a 2015 graduate of Pinnacle Career Institute. Before becoming a medical assistant I was working as a certified nursing assistant. I have been in the medical field since I was 15. After graduation I began working for a pain facility in Kansas City, I love my job. I have since moved on with a physician that began his own practice. I have my dream job finally. I absolutely enjoy going to work everyday, I couldn't have done this without the training I received. Now I am finishing up with the associates program. I have come along way since beginning my journey, no regrets.
PCI never gave up on me even when I gave up on myself. When I enrolled in the program I was not fully motivated. They were a constant motivating factor. The instructors always reached out and pushed me to make a change for the better. I can't thank this school enough and their staff. I love you all! The reviews left prior to mine DO NOT reflect what the school is at this moment. And for those that had a bad experience I'm sorry. However they never gave up on me. I will always be indebted to them. Thank you so much!
I attended PCI from 2013-2014 and received an Associates in applied science. Overall the experience was pretty great for me since i'm not exactly what you would call a traditional student. I worked full time and had to drive about an hour to class when I first started. I was never a good student but with the help of great instructors and student support staff I ended up graduating with a 3.5 GPA, a score I don't think I ever held in highschool.
