Recently purchased a game camera. Not working and can't get help.

Horrible customer service. Don't return phone calls or emails for replacement parts, yet they advertise them on their website. Will probably not buy another of their holding company products in my lifetime.

Called 5 times on different days trying to get some operating questions answered on one if their products. Spent over a hour on hold and no one ever picked up. Sent three emails and received no response. Hope the products I purchased hold up because I seriously doubt I could get any satisfaction on the warranty. With customer service like this I won't be buying any more of their products.

Terrible customer service, good luck getting a hold of somebody. On hold for 4 hours and their phone system hung up on me.

The customer support is very poor they do not open on time . The tell you a lot of stuff that is not true.I sent in a range finder in on September19 they received it September 21. There spokesperson (Marssia) we have it got it may take two weeks to progress I said ok . But going into two months later they say they never got it to warranty the product. Luckily Ups keeps records up 2 years always use UPS

Poor customer service and also bad advertising on products. When something is water resistant I would expect it to be water resistant and not have condensation build up in the reticle. When asked they couldn't provide me with an accurate meaning to what they meant by water resistant. But when you go to their social media they depict them being used in heavy precipitation of all sorts. Great selling point and customer service on your products Plano Synergy. Will not buy another product from this company again.
