I wish I could leave zero stars for this place. The staff here needs to get out of healthcare and do something useless with their lives where people don't depend on them to do their jobs if they don't want to maintain at least a bare minimum of professionalism. Every single step of accessing treatment was a hassle due to the lack of organization and responsibility at this office. I've showed up for appointments that they forgot we had scheduled, waited for follow through on tests and prescription refills only to discover every single time that they neglected to perform their jobs leaving me without necessary medication on multiple occasions. This final time they also refused to issue a temporary refill on my prescription while I look for a different practice that provides the services I need without requiring a baby sitter to hold their hands and do their jobs for them. I originally began patronizing planned parenthood to support their advocacy work and their commitment to care for the less fortunate so it's a shame that my experience was so bad that I don't plan to ever rely on a planned parenthood office for services again.

They do not answer the phone. I ve called multiple times left on hold sent to voicemail and nothing. I sent out an email and still have not heard anything back.

Had a wonderful experience today. Had an appointment at 9:40 this morning(this was the first time I've ever been here), got in pretty much right away. I had the Nexplanon birth control implant in my arm and Jackie removed it for me. She was very professional and constantly made sure I was comfortable. She removed it quickly and painlessly. Everyone was so friendly!

I have been to this location on multiple occasions and I have to say that I have always had a positive experience. Tifaney at the front desk has always been positive, helpful and full of information each time I go. I'm not sure of the other womans name on the other side at the front desk but she is always just as helpful as well. Despite how busy it gets there, I feel that I am well taken care of and within a reasonable time.

The staff were incredibly amiable and I felt welcome at all times. I came for transgender care and they did a great job at alleviating my anxiety and providing information and additional information sources.

This was first time at planned parenthood and everyone was nice, Tiffany, Jo, Andrea and Aileen was good to me and the service was very fast, informative, and welcoming. We all had a couple of laughs and they made me feel welcome & made my day. Thanks guys.

I always have a great visit coming here. I know the girls in the office cause I've been coming here for years. They're always so friendly and helpful. I never have to wait for long when I come and get my Depo shot with an appt. Today, especially, the nurse in the office, Tiffany, made my day. I came in a little late and she called me up promptly, made sure I was set within my window to take the shot and had me laughing the whole time. Rough morning made smooth by the great staff at Planned Parenthood.

I have been coming here for 2 years, I feel like I am well informed by the staff and doctors each time I come. (Tiffany, Jo, and Cookie). I feel confident leaving each appointment and appreciate them for keeping a nice a light tone with me through my whole appointment!

Everyone was nice and the nurse was positive and helpful. My appointment was at 11:10, I got there at 10:50 and I was on my way out by around 11:50. Professional and efficient

Doesn't matter if you have an appointment set, they will make you wait at least half an hour past it before you can even maybe be called. Also write incorrect dates on prescriptions so you have to deal with that as well.

I came here for my first birth control consultation when I was 18, and continue to come back for my annual exams, access to birth control (PP inserted my IUD for me) and most recently came because I had a poor experience at a local CentraCare and wanted a second opinion. Planned Parenthood has always been there for me and I will always be there for them!

They forgot about me, and they weren't even busy. I waited for maybe 10 minutes before they brought me into a room where a nurse asked me several questions. I waited there for 30 minutes before I went out and asked if I was done. Then a different nurse came in and asked all the same questions - really awkward and unprofessional, especially since they wouldn't acknowledge their mistake. They also overcharged me for my visit.

I was seen here when I was a little younger and I had a great experience. The staff were all very friendly, and I was seen close to my appointment time. I didn't want to go to my primary care for my annual because the last experience I had with them wasn't so good but Planned Parenthood are experts. I would definitely recommend them to all my friends and family.

I was seen today for my visit, and I cant believe how fast and efficient everyone was, I was getting ready to sit and wait, but they called me in before I had the chance too, I usually have to wait for at least 30 min or more @ most places which is fine, but I was really surprise how fast I was seen. I was in and out in less than 40 min, from the front desk to the nurse that asked me all the questions, The visit was fast and I left feeling happy with my visit. Thank you ladies :)

I had a good experience at this planned parenthood they explained me everything for the birth control methods. I went there with appointment to take my shot and it took a while mostly on the questions but it was quick and it didn t hurt at all take it from someone who is scared from needless also the nurses and the staff are so friendly they also talk spanish for anyone that needs it

This place sucks don't even waste your time like I did!

Quick and easy
Just came in for birth control, read reviews and got nervous so planned nothing for a couple of hours after my appointment time. But I was pleasantly pleased, checked in was seen and out within 40 min! Cookie the doctor was so sweet too. Thankyou!

More expensive than a regular obgyn!!! $200 for an annual exam without anything else included. Seriously a rip off for basic service.

Excellent customer service and experience, staff are wonderful and very informative. Show up early / on time to your appt you are always taken in at the time of your appt no waiting 30 or 40 extra minutes like the average women's health offices in the area.

Made a 9:40am appointment, still waiting and it's now 12:03pm.. They tried to tell me that the new software slowed them down, and then tried to blame it on the Doctor being sick. None of which is my problem. I made an appointment for a reason, and that reason wasn't to wait here for 3 hours. This is being ridiculous and honesty this place is a complete joke.

I've been at this location once to get the morning after pill. The visit was quick and professional. I would have liked it more if the person at front smiled, but it was okay.

I've called to ask the operator questions several times, and I've visited the West Orlando location. Overall, I like how I was treated. I will be posting the separate review for the separate location.

I am always welcomed in as soon as I step inside the doors. Everyone is very friendly and caring. They are also very informative which I appreciate. I never have to wait very long but coming ahead of your scheduled time obviously helps speed up the process! I feel safe here.

I just recently started coming to Planned Parenthood a few months ago. The prices are affordable, the facility is clean, and the staff is wonderful. Gloria and Tianna have helped me every time I have been to this location. Both are kind, patient, and extremely knowledgeable on everything I have inquired about, from routine STD testing to forms of birth control. Even though I don t live as close anymore, I still drive over to this facility because their team is that amazing and welcoming. Thanks for all that you do!! 10/10 would recommend to a friend!

Utterly incompetent in almost every way. My girlfriend went here for a UTI she absolutely knew she had and after waiting for almost an hour and a half they examined her, took a urine sample and told her that they didn't find anything. They gave her one antibiotic pill and charged her $75 for the appointment. Upon going to another Planned Parenthood in the town I live in, they couldn't believe the bad treatment she received. They found she had a UTI (surprise, surprise!) and this one appropriately prescribed her the full week's worth of pills and told us they've heard of similar bad treatment and horror stories from this PP in Orlando.

A few months later we moved and they told her that they transferred her prescription from Orlando to the new town we live in and the pharmacy they transferred it to said they never received the information. The prescription is now lost in limbo as both sides said the other did something wrong, and all this Planned Parenthood will do is look up her information and repeatedly say that they sent it.

We're used to Planned Parenthood being really good at what they do but this one is horrible.

I adore Cookie! She is very knowledgeable and will tell you like it is. She will educate you and answer any questions you have. Will request her every time.

I think that everybody should stop bitching about the service. I mean as long as youre there and you get what you needa get done thats all that matters right? This place is great and convenient espesially for people under the age of 18.

Not child friendly. Went there to get birth control six weeks after I had my baby. Front desk lady was very hateful. She went on to tell me that if my six week old baby woke up or cried they would stop the procedure and send me home. I feel bad for any single mother out there that needs help from them. I understand that they don't want a child there in case of an emergency but she didn't have to state it that way.

From the front desk to the nurse to nurse practitioner. They were top notch. Great service and tons of help!

What an awesome experience I had today!!! After one of the worst experiences I had at the Downtown Orlando location (off Tampa), I decided to drive clear across to the other side of Orlando to visit the East Orlando location and was pleasantly surprised. The environment was neat, clean and clutter-free . The staff presented with the highest level of competency, they were pleasant, friendly and free from judgement. Nurse Practitioner Jacky had a pleasant disposition, was insightful, and provided a wealth of education. So happy I decided to go to this location and not write the entire chain off because of the experience I had with the staff at the Downtown Orlando Location - they could learn a lot about customer service and competency from the East Orlando staff. Kudos East Orlando Planned Parenthood!!!!

I don't have health insurance so Plan Parenthood makes it affordable for me to get my check-ups and birth control. All the staff is amazing. They are with you every step of the way. They answer your questions and calm your fears. Cookie is amazing if you have visited this facility you probably have met her. I'll travel out of my way just to go there.

I like the staff a lot, but the waiting time is absolutely terrible. Every time I go in to get my birth control shot (which takes a matter of seconds), I have to sit and wait for at least 45 minutes. Usually it takes an hour. It s just ridiculous when I can hear the nurses outside the room giggling and talking. I don t understand why a 2 minute appointment has to take an hour. It is very irritating.

The staff was excellent Kiara and Tiffany were very helpful and i will be back soon

I have been receiving hormone replacement services from planned parenthood for a year now and Its been a rocky year when it comes to getting my prescriptions sent to the pharmacy.They do not return your call in a timely fashion unless you have your pharmacy call them and even then it s a struggle and very stressful. The staff at the east Orlando location are always helpful when I can get ahold of them and very polite, they also try their hardest when it comes to pronouns despite my birth name and legal gender being on all of my records, Tifaney was especially helpful at my most recent visit.
