Michel timot Worst mortgage broker I hire this Mr timot as a broker to buy a house he told us verbally that we could make a promise to purchase 300,000 and never give us the pre-approval after 2 weeks we have found a house the broker calls him to ask him and he would dare to give a pre-approval signed by him and after having refused our offer we did not find another and made a second accepted he said everything is correct then after one he said everything was good afterwards he came back to multiple questions every 24 hours so I told him it's not normal to ask questions by he told me it's accepted by the bank the file is at the schl office then 24 hours later it is refused by the insurer which is funny a lender and the insured in Ontario is a professional liar do not trust him
