For drinks, apps and all thu bus Hollywood, but open space, be prepared to wait a bit and take advantage of happy hour before the theater.

Food was excellent. Service was excellent. Atmosphere was excellent. The best place I ate at the whole trip in nyc.

Overpriced and mediocre food, and the service wasn't great. Pretty much what you'd expect from a Times Square tourist trap. There's a lot of movie memorabilia (of course), and TVs all around showing scenes from the movies. Not a bad place to zone out if you're overwhelmed.

Need to reserve for a decent time and table do walk ins but only at the bar. Over priced food personally

Very kid friendly! There are plenty of food options and the eating area is spacious. The music and fun is contagious and continuous. There are a number of stairs to climb however there is an elevator that is readily accessible !

Food very grateful very over priced, burger was average, potato skins well more wedges under cooked. School tables and chairs to sit on. Service was some have decent film stuff. Otherwise I would not recommend the place. Mom's Kitchen is nicer

Had fast track from sightseeing passes and was seated quickly. That's were it went downhill fast. At least 6 servers walked past our table and another seated next to us. Never even looked at us or acknowledged us. I waved to the manager who apparently can see through people because he looked right oast me and walked by without saying a word. Finally got one waitresses attention and she told me she wasn't our waitress and didn't know who was. I asked her if she could find who was waiting on us and she said I don't know but I'm not. Finally a waiter that the other table flagged down waited on us. He was great but was off so once again we didn't really have avserver. The food was great but service is terrible. Probably wouldn't go again unless I have a lot of time to kill.

Absolutely disgusting! The place is just dirty. I got a sandwich and my bun was stale. It's a tourist trap and I would be ashamed if any of my relatives from out of town or country came here!!

Great restaurant. since we had booked in advance we did not wait very long. The food was very good. The incredible atmosphere.

The decor was amazing but the food came out cold and didn't taste the best.

Beautiful venue in Times Square, split over several floors. On the second floor we eat classic American while on the third an Italian-like restaurant. The interiors of the Planet are film and games themed, and original objects used in the films are hung throughout the restaurant.

It is a pleasant place and for tourists there are good promotions on the coupons that are bought.

Ordered a pizza and fraitza had to send back fraitza not cook and pizza is cold

been to a lot of different locations in the past. this one is the worst by far. cold food bad service

Probably the worst service I received in NYC. Also the fries were served cold and they were not busy. Terrible experience.

EYE if you have sightseeing pass ... the discount is only until 17, do not put it in the info! Burgers leave a lot to be desired.

Jake is THE BEST! Great concept for the restaurant. I had the mac n cheese it was good minus the chicken. I wasn't a fan of the chicken at all, it kind of tasted old. My boyfriend had the steak fajitas and they were very good, with a blue moon. Priced fairly high but on time square in NYC. Great spot, amazing customer service.

Found a bug... looked like small roach inside of our bread.

Impossible to get a table 45mins to 2 hour wait. Crazy and at 6.00 pm. When we entered the tables were empty and we weren t offered a place.

Overcrowded and unfriendly service. So many places are nearby for excellent food and spectacular service. Go anywhere but here.

Food was mediocre nothing outstanding. Our sever was extremely busy took longer then usual to get back. Not very attentive but understood. All in all ok place.

It's a classic! Nice restaurant with good food, where there are numerous items used in Hollywood movies, clothes and accessories of characters, as well as several TVs passing movie clips. The decor is all themed. Great for anyone who likes Hollywood movies and good food.

Place smells bad, found a bug in my drink and the food looks warmed up, don't recommend it

Very cool place for lovers of cinema and good food, the dishes are tasty, in addition to drinks including beer have the option of refills. Drinks are cheap, dishes not so much.

Take the elevator! Lots of stairs! Limited menu items, price is same level as Hard Rock, however you will have more food options... Also, feels dated, need a big makeover...
Server was great and friendly, I would recommend it to visit at least once.

Wir waren das erste mal 2017 dort ... was soll ich sagen .... das Essen war sehr lecker und selbst der Kellner von damals war noch dort ..... sehr nette Bedienung ..

Very cold, we could not get the jackets from the cold inside, attention 10 points, then almost all the surrounding tables complaining about the bill or the service.

Luis served us and was very prompt to answer our request. A very pleasant experience. Food is also very good. The deserts are delicious and you'll want to eat til the last piece.

Had great service at this location and the fajitas or the ribs are the way to go for your money

Really neat atmosphere, food was a little above average. Kind of looks like some of the memorabilia, especially the stuff up high, could use a good dusting.

Very spacious, quality of food was a little low. ( not hot ) the server was very nice but very slow!! The atmosphere was nice and open! Location was just off time square !! Nice and convenient!!

The place is spectacular. Very wide with cinematographic references in every detail. The burgers are not a big deal. Tip required.

Terrible food. Came out cold. Service was excellent and to be fair to the manager we were refunded the food costs.

It was really loud in there but I liked the music that was playing. The burger was one of the best I ever had and the Oreo shake was truly delicious. Our server was very nice.

Looking a bit tired and old on the outside, a bit like the owners nowadays, however inside looks great, excellent staff and a lot better food than I expected from this movie chain...

Very well decorated atmosphere for Halloween and the waitress was very friendly but the food horrible and very expensive apart. Two dishes without dessert or entree almost 80 dollars. I do not recommend it.

My husband and I went to there with our son in nyc there was a great family dinner great service in minutes was our dinner ready and we had surprise with famous people picture who had been there to clean place good food and music the dinner was so great. 175.00 for three people plus the tips.

$300 a head to be made to queue outside for an hour and a half on New Year's Eve is the biggest joke around. Poor planning. Music dated and unimaginative. No views at all of time square. No windows either! Limited food. Waitress was great otherwise would give 0 stars.

Really great good, great place to take kids. It was my families first time there, and we were pleasantly pleased.

Food is good but not for the price they charge. Atmosphere is visually great.

To avoid ... dish 4 of 10: hamburger super overcooked fried meat 2 of 20 and 11 dollars a beer.

We made reservations and showed up, got right in. Food was good.

Das Ambiente war super, echt sehenswert. Der Kellner war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das Essen war sehr gut. Die Preise waren vollkommen in Ordnung.

The servers were great. Very allergy aware but very VERY few options for Gluten Free.

Went here for dinner while on a trip with my school choir and I absolutely loved it!! The inside is so welcoming and cute. It's very colorful and hip. They play relevant/popular music that is hard to resist singing along to. Only negative is the amount of stairs. They tire you out before you get to your table but then again I eat more and drink more when tired.
