Worst service I have ever seen We lost $5000 cause of there negligence. They do not answer your calls or reply on messages. Highly not recommend their services if you want to save your time and Money

Planet financial has been very good and helpful, they were very kind and my work was done within in a very reasonable time, they cleared all my doubts and GAURAV SIR was very helpful with providing me the immediate information and being in contact whenever i needed the help. Being a new profile in canada i was not getting approved from anywhere, many other lenders tried to get me loan approved but they weren t able to because of that my credit got hit so bad, still in this condition gaurav sir and his team of professionals got me approved within 24 hrs. So, I would suggest anybody looking for good customer service and quick help to go for PLANET FINANCIAL.

Worst Customer Service Ever. Dealt with some guy named Gaurav and had the worst customer service, I work retail and I know the way people should interact with customers and he was nothing but rude and incompetent. 100% don't recommend him to anyone ever. Ever. Ever. Ever!!!

Gaurav financially destroyed my friend and I am writing this review for my friend. Gaurav is a pathetic liar, who sweet talked until my friend signed the papers. We were shocked to hear the issues with the deal until after one year into the deal. When we went to talk to him he threatened and abused us. Avoid him .

This place is one if the best place if you require a loan. Great people to communicate with and can provide you with all the information you need to get a loan. They helped me with a loan and the process was very easy and did not take a long time. They can help you the best lender get you the rate you deserve. Thanks to Muska, I got a good rate. Will definitely recommend them to people I know.

I never write bad reviews but you guys have the worst service ever. You lie to us and delayed our truck loan application by 2 weeks. I understand every deal is complex and unique, but lying and making excuses to delay us doesn't help. This person told us the cheque would be ready Monday, so we came Monday. Was told to come back in an hour because he's not in yet. Came back, and was told to wait again for 2 hours. Guess what? Cheque wasn't ready. Then he gave us a guarantee that it'll be all done tomorrow by 3pm. We came, he avoided our calls and text messages as he was "busy". Two weeks in and no cheque, no deal, no financing. He threw the cheque(our deposit as per condition of financing) and said "I'm not doing your deal anymore" because I asked him to put it in writing that the cheque will be issued tomorrow. Because of you Gaurav we kept another owner operator from driving his truck because you promised us it'll be done today, tomorrow, the next day. In summary, avoid this place as they are disrespectful and highly unprofessional. You are wasting your time here. If you want to feel humiliated, this is the place to go. You shouldn't have to chase a financial professional to get your work done. I will never come here again.

Great team of individual experts who were so quick to follow up with me. They provided clarity when asked for and offered their honest opinion with all my requirements. I received the pre-approval for my truck within a day. Planet Financial & team, explained everything very patiently, and I had no problem with my deal. Gaurav himself made sure to do everything he could so that I was satisfied & happy with this whole process.

When I read the one star reviews, I was not sure if they were accurate or not. However I dealt with this company and I quickly withdrew my business with them. Be very careful if you decide to use this company! Very sketchy and quick to want your money. They offered to meet me "halfway" for my deposit and refused to provide terms and conditions of the financing agreement.

Dont waste your time and money working with Gaurav. Horrible service.
