I never write bad reviews but you guys have the worst service ever. You lie to us and delayed our truck loan application by 2 weeks. I understand every deal is complex and unique, but lying and making excuses to delay us doesn't help. This person told us the cheque would be ready Monday, so we came Monday. Was told to come back in an hour because he's not in yet. Came back, and was told to wait again for 2 hours. Guess what? Cheque wasn't ready. Then he gave us a guarantee that it'll be all done tomorrow by 3pm. We came, he avoided our calls and text messages as he was "busy". Two weeks in and no cheque, no deal, no financing. He threw the cheque(our deposit as per condition of financing) and said "I'm not doing your deal anymore" because I asked him to put it in writing that the cheque will be issued tomorrow. Because of you Gaurav we kept another owner operator from driving his truck because you promised us it'll be done today, tomorrow, the next day. In summary, avoid this place as they are disrespectful and highly unprofessional. You are wasting your time here. If you want to feel humiliated, this is the place to go. You shouldn't have to chase a financial professional to get your work done. I will never come here again.
