The absolute worst!!! The buildings needs to invest in a camera in the elevator. Someone's been urinating in it. Once on my way out there was more than urine. Nobody who is paying there rent should have to deal with that! Also each floor has a laundry room and the dryer has been broken with a sign that it'll be fixed asap. But NOTHING! If changes were made it could be a decent building. Especially if they get rid of maintenance/employees that don't wanna work.

The prime example of they want the money but don t want to keep property up. You reach out to them they tell you to report to you apartment mangers. Pk president been to my building I stay in several time and I personally gave my number to the president I guess she feel my concerns/problems are beneath them.

I am 73 and disabled, live at a PK property in INDIANA...i have a 10in snowdrift in front of my door.
guess we don't pay enough for weekend snow removal!!

I love my apartment at the Avon Tower! I love my neighbors and I really like the reginal manager Sue.But my issue is the office manager Cindy Greenlick.Im sick and tired of her attitude everytime I go into the office to ask a question.She rolls her eyes and yells at other residents! She appearantly is NOT a people person and she should not be in this line of work.i walk on eggshells around her and im done with it!

Well the Asbury building in Dayton Ohio is tip top. I thank the Lord every day for being able to live there. The manager is great and most of the people I see everyday are very nice and cordial. The building and the surrounding grounds are meticulously kept up.. Thanks Asbury!!

For a year I lived at Maple Terrace apartments( ran by p.k. management ).. A month before my lease was up. I was woken up from my nap with the maintenance men in my apartment. I told management "it wasn't right".. Girl in the office told me when your on housing you have no rights.. One problem I'm not on housing.. They didn't care about my rights, so I informed them when my lease was up in a month I was moving. I paid my rent a month early and my apartment was so clean they rented it out right away. My lease said they had 30 days to mail me my deposit..... Its now been 90 days . The pk management has disappeared. No one is answering the phone and voice mail is full so you can't leave a message..

They never pay there tech ontime, going for my 2nd lawsuit against them now. Would never recommend them for living or for work. Anderson sc apartments by pk management are disgusting an id live in the woods before id would live in there apartments
