Ellacia Maxey has provided us nothing but excellent customer service. She has prioritize our needs and has been extremely helpful throughout our time in this lease.

We had a small but complicated project that included removing some relics from the 1980s: a built-in entertainment center, and a kitchen peninsula. Removing both exposed big gaps in the tile that covers 30% of the floors in our home. The previous owner left only seven extra tiles in the garage. Alex and Rob really worked hard stretching those seven tiles, making everything meet perfectly, and filling the gaps without any noticable pattern changes. It's the kind of job my dad taught me to always do. I am so impressed that we will continue to use P. J. Hussey for our bathroom and kitchen remodels. Thanks, too, to Teagan and Scott for the demo work. Great job, y'all.

Great management company!!! Wow...can t believe I said that because so many owners have issues with their management companies and then just decide to settle on and ok company. PJH regularly gets rental rates at or above market. My units never sit vacant for long. ...and they reached out to me regarding a bit of damage to the property and helped me score HUGE with an insurance claim. They re great!!!

Last night I had an issue with some water leaking underneath my sink. I sent Ashley an email and within the hour I had a phone call to make sure it wasn t an emergency and the next day Tom showed up and corrected the issue within a half hour. His workmanship and knowledge of the issue was excellent and I really appreciate the sound job he did. I am very happy with PJ Hussey all the way around... from the quality of the housing to the excellent customer service I receive, very glad I moved into one of their rentals.

Disgusting behavior, doubles rent for elderly and kicks out senior citizens.

I telephoned PJ Hussey's Phoenix office this morning asking for another copy of my lease. I needed the copy right away. "April" took my call and in the blink of an eyelash got the copy emailed to me. This is a great example of the continued assistance I've always received from this office. They are great to work with!

I recently moved into a residence managed by P.J. Hussey. The AC unit was constantly running, but the place never seemed to actually cool down. I called the office and left a message for maintenance late Tuesday night and was contacted by 8 AM the next morning by Kristen Brickler. Kristen was nice and easy to work with and even got someone to check out the AC unit same day! I am so thankful and impressed by how quickly she resolved the issue!

This company is absolutely horrible I have been trying to pay an eviction for a good time now. We were evicted from a trailer which had no AC which if we knew our tenant rights the tables would absolutely be turned around they would technically be owing us $1,500. I have contacted their lawyer their lawyer points the finger at their client their client points the finger at a collection agency the collection agency points the finger to the judicial Department being that we can't take care of it because they are not the collection agency. The collection agency actually advised us to file a motion to get it taken off our credit this is preventing my family of 5 to get into a home which is quite unfair and very hectic especially during the covid-19. All I will say is if you will at any point in time be in contact or rent or rent to own or in any state we'll deal with this agency at any point in your life know your rights as a civilian as well as a tenant because they will use you and abuse your rights and they know what they're doing just remember they do this every day and a deal with Tenants more than you they know what they are doing.

I've been a tenant in a home managed by PJH and I couldn't be happier. PJ, Andrew, and Kristen have all taken great care of us. We've remained with them for three years for this reason. Anytime I have an issue, they follow up quickly and make sure the need is addressed. Thanks for all you do, we appreciate it!

Ellacia is the best property supervisor hands down.!!! I had a fire in my unit at paradise ln ,she was immediately there for me. She was extremely helpful and was able to get me in another unit as soon as possible. I recently moved to Arizona from IL. ELlacia made the moving process so easy and I thank her for that. She even stayed in contact with my mom as in regards to what was going on with me. She treats people with respect and how they would want to be treated. It is truly a blessing to have her as a property supervisor. P.j. Hussey has always been very professional. I'm sorry for the people with bad reviews but I have never had a problem with them. I remain to be with P.J. Hussey for a very long time. I can't thank Ellacia and all the great staff enough.

PJ Hussey worked only for the benefit of their own bottom line. Operating my rental properties through PJ Hussey cost thousands in open apartments and unnecessary maintenance bills to support their in house operational costs. Vacancy rates where way higher then industry average.

I was living in Tempe and the PJ Hussey management firm took over the unit. It was a very smooth transition and I appreciate how they manage their properties.

I had a ac problem blowing out hot air for two days the maintance lady was very rude my refrigerator is still not working correctly i reported this 5 times still not fixed the cabinets through out my 1 bedroom apartment are old one fell off and they came tacked it up very unprofessionally.My ceilling leaks above the stove still not fixed report it everytime it rainef. They say that 24 hrs maintenance thats not true very horrible company to rent from they Do not care about there tenants.

I have rented from PJ HUSSEY for 3 years and really hated to move, but i needed a bigger house and at the time they had none available and if they did i would have stayed with them.

I delt with Ellacia most of the time and she is very professional and a kind person and nothing but kind words I have to say about everyone at that office, I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a place to live.

Staff is helpful has many places in the valley for rent

I have rented many apartments and have had lots of positive experiences, but when I tell you, PJ Hussey and Associates by far exceeds any positive experience I ve ever had please believe me! April Driscoll (Receptionist) recently exceeded my expectations by working with me when circumstances out of my control hindered my livelihood. She simply asked for some verifications and paperwork and wala, I was made whole again. I am happy and fortunate to be a tenant of PJ Hussey and Associates. I would like to thank the Management of PJ Hussey for hiring April Driscoll she is definitely the type of employee you wanna have to promote positive experiences between renters and landlords. Did you guys see the story on the new about this company. They raised rent to double and also asked for an additional $1500 for security deposit for a place that they were already living in for 5 years. Did I mention this couple is 80 years of age, think about your parents or grandparents in this situation. This has to stop like all the other BS in this State.

Great, fast service! Approved very quickly and Claudia was amazing when it came to getting us in to sign our lease! She asked when and I had said ASAP and she got to it and got our package ready and had us in the same day! Very thankful that they worked so quickly and Alana responded back quickly to any emails I ve sent! Definitely would recommend!

They do not handle any of the issues in the apartment we rent. We have had a pest problem since we moved in and they want us to pay for pest control. The apartment wasn't even move in ready, walls were dirty paint is old, building has a funny smell. I refuse to work with a company like this again. I give them no stars.

Saw you on the news kicking that old couple out of their home after you doubled their rent and after they already lived there for five years. Then trying to force them to pay a deposit to renew their lease. Forced them to move during a global pandemic or submit to extortion. That's pretty sick! Hope you like wearing the crown of shame. Thanks to Joe Ducey we see you for what you really are. If you own property you might want to think twice about having this company manage it for you. It's not ethical what they have done. PJ Hussey did an amazing remodel of a couple of apartments in Scottsdale. I am so excited to be moving into my new two bedroom apartment. Everything is completely renovated and I cannot wait to decorate. My new apartment is not the typical stacked apartments you would find in Old Town but it is rather a one level home. When working with the agents at PJ Hussey they were all very professional, the process was seamless and were very attentive to my needs. If you have a chance to look into some of their rentals or remodels you wont be disappointed.

As a property owner that just switched over to P.J. Hussey Management, I'm very impressed with the professionalism, diligence, clarity, responsiveness, and overall friendliness of everyone I've worked with so far. And it's nice to have the confidence that the management company I'm working with as an owner is also sharing the same principles with the tenants they're placing into my units.
