It was quick and easy to set up an appointment with PJ to come out and look at my downspouts. Erich showed up on time and was very helpful in figuring out the solution. He was personable and professional and explained everything he was going to do. The entire team was amazing. Starting with Michael in sales to John in project management to Carlos and the entire team. Also Nate and Joe M who came by to do the extra yard sweep and pickup of the spares.
They were very courteous, friendly, communicated through each step of the process.
During these times they all wore their masks and kept distant.
They had a hard job as our house is from 1890 and they needed to remove cedar and 3 layers of shingles in the cold on day 1.

We needed some minimal repairs done in order to satisfy an inspection report. Appreciated that we were able to get an appointment fairly quickly. The repair person who completed the repair communicated well and presented various options to us. Having those choices explained was helpful in our decision about the repair details. We used PJ Fitzpatrick to remove our bathtub and replace it with a walk in shower for my 90 yr old father. The work was done in less than 8 hours and the quality is fantastic. Our crew, Jason L and Dan W were super. They arrived on time, kept us informed each step of the way, were very organized, clean and tidy and answered all of our questions. These two were among the best professionals we have ever had working on our home. Would highly recommend PF Fitzpatrick and Jason L and Dan W to any one who needs a bathroom renovation.
The products are very good quality and installation was very good. My only concern, and I understand covid was a factor, was the communication and status of project. I mainly had issues with the installation of outside fluted plaster and pediment. Order was cancelled and had to be reordered. We ordered bigger pilaster but they had to cut into it to fit the outside lights. I was not aware of this until job completed. Also I have to paint the plaster which I was not aware. Overall project met my expectations and quality very good but did have some issues.
Brad was amazing! He was very professional and listed to what we needed done. He was efficient in his work. We are selling our house and needed repair to be done by request of the buyer. Brad understood the specifics and took great care of us! We will definitely be using PJFitzpatrick again and hope to get Brad!
we are great grandparents, and being so we replaced our tub with a shower for the ease of getting in, and out. The cost was substantial, but well worth the cost. The team of professionals that accomplished the chore where outstanding. The demolition of the existing tile, and tub was amazingly fast. That is where this team was proven. It had exposed the existing plumbing That I personally witnessed seven, and a half hours of repair, mind you at no additional cost to us. The price of the job, was the price of the job. I know the entire team worked like a piece of finely oiled precision machinery. What more can be said?
