Had a very positive experience with Case on a recent job to wall mount a TV over my living room fireplace. I contacted the company through their website in the morning, had a call in the afternoon, and had the job scheduled for the very next day. On the phone, Bart described their insurance and their guarantee which set my mind at ease from the start. Jeff did a great job and was true to his quote despite it taking a little longer than anticipated.

The work involved a few surprises and a couple unique elements, but Jeff was positive and optimistic the entire time and assured me that no matter what, he was going to get that TV up on the wall - and he did.

Highly recommend these guys to anyone!

Case Handyman has done 15 jobs for me in the past 20 years including Original roof, new roof last week, built my back porch, installed my attic door, power washed my house, replaced door frames, etc. Their prices are good and all the work crews have been friendly, polite and efficient. They also totally clean up Bart Bergwyn is a class act and his business reflects it. Call them!

Bart and his guys were fantastic to work with and his wife Vivian is the best! They did everything from the first meeting to discuss what we were looking for to the final completion of our job in a very professional and timely manner! I felt very at ease with them and I knew from the beginning that they were the type of people that takes pride in their work. We will definitely contact them again for any other needs we may have in the future!

Case Handyman did an excellent job repairing my deck. Mark and his crew were on site quickly--answered all of my questions and very assessable for job updates. The work was completed expertly on time and within the estimate provided by Bart (the owner). Our experience with Case Handyman has ben exceptional. We will use them again for our next project. I truly couldn t be happier with the quality of work and service. They accommodated my limited schedule availability and short timeline. I had already scheduled for them to replace all the windows in my home when a storm damaged my roof. They replaced the roof and all the windows in less than 2 weeks! This timeline included a supplier s error in shingle color that Case Handyman corrected without hesitation and without any additional cost or inconvenience to me. I will absolutely use their services for any future projects.

I called about some repairs I needed done and they told me they would send someone out the next week to have a look. No one ever came or called me back to schedule an appointment.

I called them back the next week and they told me they were very busy, there was a storm or something, and to keep calling back until someone comes out. I called them a third time with the same response.

Six weeks have now gone by. This to me in unprofessional. I would expect there to be a schedule or a first come first server type queue.

They finally called back. This time they scheduled an appointment to give me an estimate. I figured I see what they charge to replace a door frame. Over $1,300 to simply pop a frame out and put a new one in.

We had a medical emergency a night ago in which the police and EMS had to break through our front door. This is literally one week before our vacation that we paid for a year in advance. I'm usually skeptical of a business with so many positive reviews on Google, but without a DOUBT Bart and his team at Case Handyman Services deserves all of the accolades I can give them! Bart sent me a text asking for pictures of the damage and quickly and honestly told me he was booked pretty solid, but would try to free himself or someone on his team up! Man of his word, Josh showed up at house this morning and in just about five hours, repaired the A frame of our door, the door itself, new locks and managed to save our vacation! It may vary from case to case (see what I did there?) but Case Handyman were prompt, professional and VERY reasonably priced! I also own two rental properties and will be reaching out to them soon about repairs needed! I can't recommend Bart, Josh and the rest of the team at Case Handyman Services enough! I have worked with Case Handyman for numerous projects on two different houses. Starting with a small window replacement project, Bart and his team showed right away their attention to detail and quality work. Since then, I have had them do many more jobs, from an exterior door replacement, to exterior and interior trim work, to hardscaping a concrete patio and several dry stack stone walls. In all cases, Bart and his team have done a great job, including helpful suggestions and ideas that have made the projects even better.

I have recommended Case Handyman to friends, who were equally pleased. I won't hesitate to bring future projects to Bart and know I can count on him to do great work.

CASE showed up on time, finished the job (new porch, shed repair, new screens, new front porch railings) with outstanding quality and craftsmanship for the agreed to price. They cleaned up after the job and even took other stuff away for us. We liked Bart and his crew Jeff, Willy, and Darryl so much we had them put on new porch steps and a new clothes line. We even treated them to turkey dinners - that's how good these guys are!
