Absolutely our favorite pizza place. Always a family friendly joint with lots of smiles. We return regularly.

I am filled with regret that I went through most of my life without having had their Meatballs before. Feels like I've wasted so much of my life now. DELICIOUS! And the pizza is good too.
Easy to find location, good service and fantastic pizza. Love the auras there.
Their pizza is quite good and the tiramisu is amazing!
Tried a few different pizzas here, and they were all great! Decor was sweet, and the flavoured oils for the pizza crust were pretty neat.
The service has gone down drastically in the past couple years
I had my 30th Birthday Here. My party of seven were Charged for cake cutting service without letting us know.
Near the end of the meal we had asked the server do you have a candle and the waitress said "only if my party sings happy birthday" in a no big deal kind of way. No mention of any service for the candle. The waitress takes the box comes out in a Minute puts the bars on a board and gives us plates no cutlery. I have three problems with the charge for cake cutting service; 1st no cake was involved these where wraped Bars no need for plates. 2nd of all no knife was involved these were bars no cutlery given or needed. 3rd As for the price they Charged $18 which was more then the desserts in fact we could have had another pizza (which we had already had four) for that price which was not mentioned just added to the bill. I would expect this from a high end dining establishment which would mention the fee up front but not a casual family style pizza joint. The lack of transparency at Bufala for service really put me off along with my party from ever visiting this place.
So I would not recommend this place for birthdays unless you got a cake that is above average priced and your okay with the fact they will charge you without any notice for cake cutting services. The Pizza it was very good its Pizza what would you expect for near $20 pizza in this style.
I understand places do charge for these services to offset the cost of not serving you desert but be transparent as we would have declined the service.

I tried 2 pizza's, the pesto and parm was outstanding but the margarita pizza was only ok.. the tomato sauce was not at all what I expected it to taste like. Maybe it was a bad batch of tomatoes who's flavor was not rich enough for such a good dough.
Fantastic pizza. Great atmosphere. Good Happy Hour offers.
It's a nice and clean place but their version of the Margarita pizza is just not my thing. Had it 2 times and they were "different" pizzas each time... Meaning inconsistent. I would say the baking time and crust were not consistent. Flavour profile is good though.
Food was pretty good, but the service was terrible. When we order the main we wanted to order a dessert, and the server said you can order later. when we done eating and ordered, she said the kitchen is closed.
It is easy to ask to us before kitchen closed, it is basic service.
I hope you to offer better service to the customers.
Great food. Great service. Friendly staff. Must try everything.
Great spot for kids, quick meal and excellent music!
Absolute joke. Closed but not updated with their delivery partners. We ordered, paid and were told between 45min-1hr.15min. At 1hr 20, we get a cancellation notice. We call the restaurant to get an out of service notice.
If you re going to close, fine, but update the information. How many other customers have had this happen?!!
Will not be using again
I ordered 2 pizzas and arrived at the appropriate time. Then waited/ was ignored for more than 15 minutes, paid $40, and was handed two cold pizzas. Not worth it .
Bufala is a great little pizzeria, with a small yet varied selection of quality pizzas and appetizers. The pizzas we ordered tasted good and came relatively quickly, but wait times to sit down in the first place we're pretty bad. Bookings cannot be made in advance, so expect to wait up to 20 minutes to be seated if in a larger group.
Killer pizza! True napoletana style, good local beer, modern room, local vibe.
Avoid Bufala Pizzeria
The worst pizza I've ever had.Avoid Bufala, Cotto and Trevere pizzerias.
Very poor quality and service.
unprofessional management
Great crust, but soggy in the middle. Sauce could be more interesting.
Pizzas here are creative and really delicious! I like the ambiance too ... open and clean.
Nice everything. Great hand- tossed pizzas, uniqie and tasty. relaxing atmpshpere with nice staff and excellent service.
Fantastic pizza! Thin crust, flavourful sauces, interesting toppings. I love that they serve carbonated water too.
I loved this pizza! It was the pesto one, there were so many great choices that it was difficult to decide on one. It's incredible how thin they make it. A must try place!
ZERO STARS.
Posted hours until 10 PM. Entered the restaurant just before 930 and was told that last call is at 930, which is..... (after looking at her phone).....nnnnnnnow. Even with her mask on, the smirk was palpable. Never again.
The food was absolutely terrible. The pizza ordered was super chewy and my jaws were incredibly sore just after eating two slices. The pizzas were over salty and required a lot of water just to balance out the sodium levels. I don't understand how their pizzas can be so expensive when even Pizza Hut makes their pies better...
Thin but flavourful pizzas that is made fresh before your eyes. Stylish environment.
Good traditional pizza, a little expensive but they have a happy hour.
Best pizza in Vancouver - get there early because there can be a line up - even if there is, it's worth waiting!
Great service, yummy pizza and fantastic cocktails. The Amaro 70 shouldn't be missed.
I was expecting more quality of the food. Overall good taste but not amazing.
Hands down best pizza Ive ever had, great starters too! Lots of variety for the fancy pizzas so everyone is happy. Is a busy place around dinner time, plan on a wait. Or be prepared and get there early, but reap the rewards of happy hour!
I found the pesto and ricotta pizza to be a bit too oily for my taste, but the meatballs, the grissini, the smoked olives, and the couple of other pizzas I had the opportunity to taste were pretty good. The cannoli was just slightly too crunchy but was lick-the-plate delicious. Service was fast, accurate, accommodating, and friendly. We'll be back.
Really awesome pizza! And the best lemonade ever! Good service too.
Delicious pizzas and friendly share table atmosphere.
Best pizza in Vancouver. We ve been a couple of times and it s always consistent, delicious and efficient!
Nice to find a Neopolitan pizzeria near by. Pizzas are tasty, however missing some char on the crust. It's not a soupy mess, and can be hand held, the crust is light and fluffy. Flavor is missing a bit, but the ingredients are premium.
service was condescending and the crust was inconsistent
Delicious epicness and the best service in the city
Great food. Probably the best place in Kerrisdale.
The pizza is super yummy. Staff is friendly and the place is trendy.
Great food! Nicer to have a trendy place in Kerrrisdale!
For place that specializes in pizza, in a city that is overwhelmed with pizza options, it was ok. The dough/crust was delicious, until it got soggy from the slightly excessive, and flavorless, tomato sauce. The cocktail I had a nice flavour, but sadly all the flavours were too diluted for my preference.
Nice pizza place.
A bit of wait time before we got our pizza, but worth the wait
Yummy pizza with fun specials. Good for one if you re super hungry but perfect to split
Not a fast food style pizza. The pizza has effort put into it and is very nice change from all other standard pizzas.
We are so happy to have this eatery in Kerrisdale! It has authentic Italian pizza with chic ambiance. We keep going back! ACTUALLY ~ We are ordering tonite for take out it is that good! Mmmmm!
Delicious pizza. They are lucky their pizza is good because service definitely wanting. In covid times I try to order takeout by phone and we always pick up bc I know restaurants must pay for online interface so and I want the restaurants to get a a much of my money as possible. We called first and answering machine says leave a name and number so I did. We were driving to kerrisdale anyway so we decided to just go in and order. (It s been about 2 hours since I left a message and I still haven t received a call back). I walked in thinking it must be really busy if they didn t pick up the phone and didn t call back. Nope. Three kitchen staff and three wait staff. They looked like they had stuff to do but... I guess they must get so much business that they don t need to try to pick up the phone to get more orders? Anyway, I ordered, paid, left a $15 tip on a hundred dollar takeout order. The person who took the order was really nice. Came back in half an hour. They wanted me to pay again?? I said I already paid. Don t you guys keep track of this? I guess they also must get tipped really well from their takeout orders since they did not remember me. The guy who looked like he was the manager came over and in a not friendly way wanted to make sure that I wasn t taking a salad that I shouldn t be (we ordered it). Instead of making a good customer feel welcome they made me feel like they thought I was trying to steal a salad. Their pizza is very tasty but I think I will find another pizza place next time since they seem to behave as if they don t need the business. Good for you Bufala. When businesses behave as if they don t need the business that s when I say good luck and I wish you well.
Probably the best pizza in Vancouver, very artisan style in regards to the toppings.
The crust is thin and delicious, perfectly baked in their 800 degree stone oven.
Appies are also delicious and they have unique hand crafted cocktails.
Friendly service :)
Pizza was delicious, great vibe in the place. The staff was amazing - super friendly and very down to Earth. Definitely recommend trying them out. Happy to see lots of families trying it out.
Best pizza in the city. The green peas, ham pizza with taleggio and truffle oil is an awakening. Great beer selection, cocktails, smoked olives from the Wildebeest, meatballs . . . all excellent. We've been to many joints in the city that we like, but we love Buffala: consistently good quality, good service, family-friendly, and a nice neighbourhood casual feel.
Great food. The recommended house wine is a bit tart. If you want to have a conversation maybe not the best place for dinner. Very noisy. Good service.
Thin crusted pizzas, fresh ingredients and good drinks! Highly recommend. Place is not too small, but gets busy.
