I normally have great experience. But today ordered pizza and soda at 742 here its 853 and its still saying we are making your order

This is one of the worst places to go . when u order online its always late and the order is never right . when u call to say something about the order u are told don't threaten them and u get a manager that needs to realize its the customers that give her that job . this store needs to be closed down and all them left without a job . Maybe then will they learn how to treat people and to do there job

I'm giving 3 stars for a reason and the reason is because today I ordered 2x Personal Pan Pizzas and 1x 16 pc wings. When I recieved my order I recieved a large pizza box (Empty) and the wings with the order and my wifes pizza. I called for the first time and I said I have a complaint about my order and immediately I was hung up on. I called back with respect still in tact on my end, realizing things happpen. When I got the same person on the phone I was met with a cheerful voice, I explained all I wanted was my pizza as I sat here and watched my wife eat hers. Nothing was wrong with the order except that I did not get mine, no one knew what was going on and I was offered a fresh one since the other was missing and I thought all was solved. When I recieved my other part of the order it was @ 42 minutes of the 15 minutes that was stated, no big deal but the box was smashed in and pizza looked like it fell out and was placed back into the box. So again I called and yet another was sent out this time with no suace at all! What is going down at the store on pawnee IDK but I hope they fix it soon because no one down there knew what was going on!

Every time I order from here I get sick and it is NEVER (Except for once in the past two years) "Good" pizza. It's barely ever "OK" pizza either. I ordered fries today for about 2.69 and there were less than 20 and they were all so soggy even my dog wouldn't eat them. Dogs won't even touch the pizza either. Delivery guy placed the box and fries on the sopping wet porch.

Believe we over paid while getting pizza delivered to our job sight. Lady didn't have receipt and numbers didn't add up. No way 2 large supremes and 18piece wing and a 2liter should add up to $78. Coworker didn't think about it til we all set down to and looked at our order. Talk about feeling like a sucker

As usual they got my order wrong. Ordered 1 pepperoni and 1 hamburger, got 2 pepperoni.

It was nice to have a nostalgic sit down dinner at Pizza Hut instead of delivery or take out. Pepperoni pizza and honey bbq wings, terrific!

Phone rings and rings and rings while you are hoping to enjoy lunch.

6/26/19 5:50 pm -6:26 pm and i left that place without a pizza! I wait and wait and then I am asked to wait longer for 1 pizza! I asked to cancel and that took a long time too! You ask
did anyone apologize for the wait or inconvenience? Nope! Keep your pizza and lack of customer service.

I called and they gave me a pizza specials for the evening. Then when I ordered the pizza they told me that they were not until the next night. I talked to Manager she said she could not. Which I was between Manager and I to let me order from a different company. Enjoy not having business

No food on buffet, couldn't get a wait staff to give menus or take an order for food. Worst service I've ever had from a pizza hut in the US

Horrible customer service, employees treat you like you're an idiot, terrible wait times on food. Been here twice, will never go back!!!

Their poor customer service when their app messes up makes me not want to order from them again. Crust flavors are supposed to be free with a pizza, not unavailable to put on them. And if your app shows it as an option, whether you like it or not you should apologize to the customer for the app being misleading and offer the flavor anyways. Their pizza is priced too high normally anyway, so a little crust flavoring should be the least they do to make up for it.

Not as fast as you would expect from a buffet but they are under new management and getting better.

Awesome service, came in a bit indecisive on what to get, but Bayley was able to be of assistance.

Service is extremely slow. Seems to always be understaffed. 4 out of 5 times the pizza was made incorrectly.

The pizza is always hot but never ready. Gotta go somewhere else to get that. Employees are allways polite and get me the best price.

They have several people there but not many working. Took a while to pick up pizza.

We order carry out here 2 or 3 times every month. We are Pizza Hut loyalists in this home.

I was closer to the Seneca Pizza Hut, about five minutes drive, but they refer me to the Pawnee pizza hut. After I ordered my pizza for delivery, the man told me it's going to take 35 to 40 minutes to deliver my pizza. I thought you suppose to get free pizza for waiting that long.

We ordered the Cheesy Bites Pizza, veggie lovers. The pizza was lopsided as far as the toppings are concerned. The manager offered to make a new pizza. I declined. My sister stated the veggie lover's pizza tasted like the veggies had been dug out of the garbage. It had been a long time since I have ordered from pizza hut. It will be a lot longer before I eat their pizza again, if ever.

Ordered a pizza with extra cheese. When I got it it had hardly any at all.

Terrible service for dine.in,waited fifteen minutes for my drink and staff was only concerned with carry out orders,left after 40 mins without even getting to eat..

Waitress although nice, only came 1 time to refill drinks. The worst part of our dining experience was that the.music was up so loud that we had to yell to hear each other and the phone rang the entire time we were dining. Nobody knows how to answer it evidently.

Pizza was good- wait staff very unfriendly, not once did she smile, then we had to go find her to ask for forks and napkins.

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Very rude. Waited 2 hours for my pizza to be delivered 2 blocks away from the store and when i called the lady sais if you dont like it eat somewhere else. Smh

I called 3 different stores to find out that nobody knew who delivered to my address done wasting time with them

The young lady who waited on me was very nice she even offered to bring my food to the car

We get home with carryout order. I ordered pepperoni pizza with balsamic glaze and flavored crust. The only thing correct was pepperoni. No glaze or flavor crust. The email verification was correct but the receipt left it off. I am NOT happy!

There was a car parked in front of us in the drive thru not moving, finally had to back all the way out of the drive thru and go inside, when I did they said they had not been aware of cars in the drive thru. After all this the pizza was no longer hot

They prepared my order correct and delivery was fast. Happy and full

This Pizza Hut sends out pizza's in any condition. Quality seems to no longer exsist. At least Casey's is delivering now.

Love the service! But I dont like the fact that 2 large pizzas is almost 40$ but the people are friendly and delivery runs at expected time deliverance.

This used to be a good pizza hut. I live literally 2 minutes away and ordered a delivery when I had friends over. Usually I tip well and it shows within 20 minutes. After almost waiting 1 and half hours I called the manager and all she did was tell the driver to come back and cancel my order. I won't order here ever again.

Time and temperature abuse is rampant here. Expect stale food. If they mess up an order don't even bother calling because they will make it your fault you ordered from here.

It's a Pizza Hut, it's what you expect from a Pizza Hut

Had to wait well over 20 minutes past when it should have been ready. Got home and the food was nasty.

I came for lunch buffet was informed they would be making no more pizza. Theres still 40 minutes, seated myself even tho there sign says to wait. Ive been here waiting on a ticket to pay for a while no dishes removed, terrible service. Even worse pizza, manager in back yelling about getting stats up but is doing nothing to improve that. I wont be back. As a server i would never work here.

They either don't get the dough done or it doesn't have any sauce

Got the spicy garlic wings best chicken I've had in a long time and the taco pizza was fire!

Service was fast. Place was clean. Consistent for Pizza Huts all over.

Great atmosphere that made me feel like i took a step back in time to the 90s at the pizza hut of my childhood. Food wass great and felt like it was of higher quality then other pizza huts that i have been to recently.

Pizza was dry and I didn't get my Root beer that I order. Poor service, but thanks anyway. I even didn't get all my order , had too ask for it. POOR SERVICE

I want you to know that Pizza Hut had not been my favorite for awhile because the quality had gone down. I was there when the first Pizza Hut opened and was very loyal for many years. Today I ordered pizza for my grandaughter and I because it was the closest one. It was delivered promptly and I could not have asked for a better pizza. It was as delicious as the first pizzas I enjoyed on your red checkered tablecloths. Thank you for the wonderful pizza and you have won my loyalty again.

First-time visit at this location, very pleased with service. Ordered on-line for carry-out.

The order was ready within 15 min. Service upon arrival was awesome.

It was a Saturday night, not that busy with dine-in customers but carry out & delivery very busy.

They had to have had 10 employees in back working orders. Plus two on phone taking orders one multi-tasking drive through and other and delivery drivers running in and out.

Very impressed with the operation from staff. Well oiled machine. In other words well trained.

We had the three for $5 deal. The order was accurate & fresh.

I would highly recommend this restaurant if in the area.

- Advise to stay away (not kidding)!!!
- Always screw up orders and supper long wait for the screwed up orders.
- Kitchen Staff are disgustingly dirty! (sososososososo gross).
- Will never eat here again!!!
- Managers do not take responsibility of there nasty facilities or the nasty personnel that work at this restaurant.

The people are nice courteous and quick to take your order. Their wait time is very excellent. And the people are always ready to serve you.

Clean, good service, not too busy at lunch time and they have the 5.99 lunch buffet.

Great tasting pizza. They always strive to satisfy their customer.

This location us always clean, and they are always happy to fill requests for the type of pizza you want on the buffet.

We just got back from visiting Babalu for the first time. It was a wonderful experience from the minute we walked in the door. The hostess who seated us was poised and welcoming. Our server was knowledgeable and attentive. The food was delicious, and everything was well paced. Even though the place was packed, we never felt overlooked. We enjoyed the ham-and-cauliflower soup and enchilada appetizers followed by crab-cake and tuna-chip tapas. We finished the meal sharing the granny-Smith empanadas with French-press coffee. We enjoyed everything from start to finish. Do yourselves a favor and go to this wonderful place!

I walked in and ordered a stuffed crust 3 meat pizza. Not only was it cheaper than I expected, it was done a lot sooner. Manager was very nice, and so was the young girl who took my order was very polite and helpful too!

Nothing to complain about. People were fine, pizza was made to order.
