They deserve a A*** for service; have left a view reviews over the last 18 months already (as a team member of Mactavish) but feel strongly about reiterating praise to the team at Fresh Tech; all team members at @helpdesk are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and very quick to respond; have never been let down even in high pressure/stress situations, IT support has always been really fast and got matters resolved (even if 'on the spot' wasn't possible then within a very fast time frame). Very happy with their service.

Toby is great and super quick to diagnose problems and fix immediately. He's informative and you understand what's going on all the way. He's also calm which is great when you're panicing over technology you don't understand that well.

I work at a small consulting company that work remotely and collaborate online a lot. Freshtech have always been really quick to respond to any troubleshooting and the first IT peeps who haven't asked me to restart my computer by default! They really get to the bottom of the issue and resolve it quickly with no fuss. Also, I don't know if they ever sleep! Highly recommend!

For day to day technical issues they are very quick to respond and will always make sure the problem is solved. Sourcing equipment can take a bit longer, but the level of care and services makes up for this.

I've always had very positive experiences with Fresh Tech finding them helpful, friendly and happy to talk me through the 'why' and 'how' of each solution.

I recently logged an issue I was having accessing a server and received a reply within 15 minutes. I got caught up in meetings and presentations but Freshtech were happy to wait until a time of my choosing to fix. They also sent me a couple of follow ups to see if there was anything they could do to help in the meantime. I would definitely recommend.

Always friendly and professional, I feel like there's no problem too big or small for the guys from Fresh Tech. As an agency which relies more and more on technology enabling both collaborative and flexible working, it's essential to have a supplier we can rely on. They meet this brief and often go above and beyond. I therefore have no hesitation offering them an unconditional endorsement and personal recommendation.

I had a problem with transferring a backup to a new device. After a long afternoon phone call and remote session talking me through it Fresh were not able to fix it immediately, so the following morning they came to my office and made the necessary changes to get it done quickly.
