Our dining area is still closed. Its absolutely RIDICULOUS at this point in our small town here in Oklahoma to not have our restaurant open. Its never good unless its fresh.

I used to love pizza hut pizza always order the meat lover's pizza it used to have 5 meats on it now only 3 I will be taking my business elsewhere

I would like to talk to someone from the corporate office. I live in Tifton, Georgia, and had a terrible experience having a pizza delivered. I live on a lane and they refused to deliver saying it isn t safe in broad daylight. I m in a very safe area and was totally discriminated against for my location. Both the cashier and manager were very rude. They did agree to deliver after I argued that it is daylight and safe. They delivered here once before without all the contention. I am a disabled female and can t drive. I explained this to the manager Melinda. I will be calling corporate back tomorrow.

I ordered the backyard BBQ pizza for delivery and well you can see in the picture what I got. It was undercooked and when I picked it up everything slid off. My significant other called the pizza hut we ordered from and the lady asked if we wanted a credit or replacement my significant other asked what I wanted the lady caught an attitude saying she couldn't listen to everybody at once he told her just give us a credit and she hung up before she got any of our information to credit our account. I've never had an experience like this from pizza hut, very disappointing

We love Pizza Hut pizza and order every week. Last week we ordered our favorite - pineapple & pepperoni. After 15 minutes the local shop called saying out of pepperoni.

This week the same thing happened. The man said it s not their fault - they didn t get it in their shipment again. I substituted and kept the order. I suggested they should go the the local supermarket and buy some canned pineapple and if it happened again next week I ll have to stop ordering from them. The guy hung up on me! Unbelievable.

NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!!

Most of the time I have no problems with ordering and the pizza is OK. But today I ordered pizza to be picked up. I drove up to the drive through. Another car was there. It took a few minutes but the car ahead of me got their order and drove off. I drove up to the window and had to wait 15 minutes before someone came to the window. They didn't even try to wait on me. I could see someone in the store but they totally ignored me. I will never go back.

Worth pizza I ever had. Ordered a plain pizza with extra cheese there was no extra cheese ordered a pizza with extra cheese and Italian sausage the sausage cheese was more than an inch and a half from the edge of the pizza. Never again

Attempted to call corporate office....no one answer's the phone......just rings.....

Trisha and Tina (actual manager) yelled at me and told me that I don't know how 2 order pizza correctly when I questioned the thin crust pizza I rec'd. Kept yelling at me even as I was walking out the door. Crazy, unstable, unprofessional employees. Will definitely be contacting corporate office. Hopefully, they have camera's and can see these two lovely ladies and their shameful behavior.

Pizza Hut makes my pizza perfect but the delivery guy goes through my food, why? Who does that. I tried calling pizza not wanting the same driver but no answer, even called corporate, no answer.
Pizza Hut what the are you doing? Why has you service gone down?
