Nice breakfast but new rooms are behind barres (like in a jail) with a view on a smelly swamp in the back. Not luxury. The rest of the suite are terribly noisy between Heart (in hotel club) and Pacha in front
Reception staff was super friendly and helped us to plan our 2days stay. Room was pretty good for the price
Fantastic 5 star. Rooms were lovely and the layout / finishes are of a decent quality. Amenities such as the bar, spa and conderence facilities meant you could easily spend the day relaxing by the pools and enjoying the hotel if you didnt feel like wondering. That said however, it is well positioned near the town / marina and only a 30min scenic walk to the fort.
I have been coming twice a year for the past 8 years. I hardly get recognised by the receptionist I must say but there is nothing else I could fault with this hotel. By far the best hotel on the island. It s probably one of my old time favourites. Rooms are big and beautiful and the breakfast is the breakfast of dreams! Also the hotel has this incredible smell the moment you walk in you feel relaxed.

This is the best hotel in Ibiza. They have upped their game since the arrival of other 5 star hotels and my last stay 2 years ago. Everything is better. The breakfast is legendary and I recommend you don t miss it. They have the best pool and best spa on the island as well. Excellent
All I have to say is WOW!!! The staff was so accommodating the room was immaculate the food and Cocktails were exceptional.
My wife loved our little presents every evening at turn dow the hot tub at night was awesome with a great shot of the pool
All lit up. We truly enjoyed our time there.
