Ordered a relatively small order from these guys but customer service was top notch, couriers lost a parcel but a replacement was sent out and I got it the next morning through another courier service. Cheers Ben for sorting it out incredibly quick, will not hesitate to use again for all my parts.

Pipestock phoned me to let me know FedEX couldn't deliver... arranged for the correct address to be added and for a first thing next day delivery.

i rang up yesterday chasing some invoices that were needed for my accounts, expecting it to be quite a game to get hold of them as it has been difficult with other companies. I spoke to a lovely gentleman called Sam who was very efficient and tracked my invoices immediately without any issues at all. As a whole i find them very good and efficient and will definitely be using them in the future.
Great customer service from Sam after ringing to try and change my delivery date. Amended and confirmed very easily.

Sam was great - we had an urgent delivery - ordered at the last minute (after standard cut off) and we received the goods the next day. Sam kept on top of the order and gave me regular updates, even when it was signed for an lost (big site) he kept chasing to ensure we eventually got it.
