Lifeguard Kevin was very helpful even gave us another chair when we found ours had a broken leg bar. Beach was crowded rental was fast and easy Thanks for valuable service.

We surprised our 4 grandchildren and took them to Myrtle Beach. Unfortunately we were only able to stay one day before Hurricane Florence had us leaving. We rented 3 sets of chair/umbrella sets for our family for 2 days. 30.00 a day times 3 = 90.00 a day times 2 days was 180.00. We used the chairs for one day. So when we had to leave they said call this number in a couple of weeks and they will refund the other day for you. So I did. They owed me 90.00. She says no we only owe you 75.00 The woman was VERY rude and explained to me that because we actually only used the sets for one day we charge you 35.00 a day instead of the discounted rate of 30.00 a day. Woweee Lacks. Its not the 15.00 its the principle of the matter. Be aware when renting your umbrella/chair sets from these people. I hope this helps someone else not to be taken advantage of. By the way we have rented these from these people For over 30 years. And yes we will continue because they have no competition. SAD !!!!!

My wife and I were enjoying the beach at the Hampton Inn Oceanfront on May 19th and the 20th. The lifegaurd at L-13 has to be the hardest working and most diligent we have ever observed. He was great helping customers with chair & umbrella rentals while still keeping a close eye on everyone in the water. great Job!

I'm not big on reviews but we are staying at the Sandcastle resort south myrtle beach and the life guard Kevin we met was very friendly and courteous. So much so i had to call the company and tell them. We live in Boston and my girlfriend and i was just blown away by this young mans great attitude and personality. I understand people only usually review when they are dissatisfied but i had to let it be known what great job he's doing. Turnsout it is his first week! The woman i spoke to on the phone at their office wasvery nice also.

My friend and I had a great experience with this service, our attendant Jesse was beyond friendly and so helpful during our stay. Can't wait to visit again

Called about a rental extremely rude. Lady kept cutting me off and said no to every question.

Lifeguard at chair L14 behind the Hampton Inn was rude and rented our umbrella to someon else causing quite a problem. He was seldom at his station and resolved nothing to help us. As a result, the other party came to our chairs and threatened my husband and me.
We were forced to call the city police for our own safety. Still no lifeguard appeared .
Previous years have been much more pleasant.

The lifeguard (19?)- front of Coral Beach Resort was friendly; professional; always alert and stuck to his guns when others tried to break the beach rules!
The only thing I d suggest is to invest in some new umbrellas and chairs, as our umbrella leaked when it rained and some of the chairs were ready to fall apart.
Overall, our beach experience was a great one!!! Thanks for all that you do each day to keep the beach safe!!

Biggest joke of a lifeguard. All I ve seen them do is pushups curls with digging bar and meditating in the chair. None of which is watching the water. I would like to see how they passed all the requirements to be there when they don t speak English. I asked one about the tides and he didn t know what that was. Also really telling people they can t go in the water past their waist? Maybe hire less pretty guys and find some that know their job

My wife & I came to Myrtle at the end of the summer this past year, we stayed at holiday sands. We had the tattooed young lady, I can t remember her name. I wish I could, maybe Morgan? She was a delight, very friendly & always had our set ready for us when we rented for the week. We will be renting again and We hope to see her again!
