Attention, scandalous pioneer customer service:

I bought the black VSX924 K amplifier from Darty. During the warranty period, I encountered many problems with this product, one of which was a major one: HDMI HS card. The diagnosis was made during the warranty period, and repaired.
A few days ago, this same product broke down, it was impossible to turn it on.
I went back to Darty, paid a 50 quote to identify the fault.
Result: HDMI HS card again ... this time out of warranty.
I am therefore asked to pay more than 300 to change the product (practically the purchase price at the time).

Result: The customer service refused my request without providing any explanation or justification on the HDMI HS card twice.
It is therefore apparently normal that an HDMI card of an amplifier breaks down twice and that the customer buys a new product.

A minimum of respect for its consumers would be welcome, especially when the request is justified and argued.

Software problem concerning calculation of journeys on several GPS of the brand under contractual guarantee. No technical solution that's how it is. It's quite amazing, to sell it is fine but to solve the problems there is no one left, we literally abandon you and ignore your requests if you insist. Brand to avoid as long as there are no product specialists in France.

I bought a radio for my car 2 months ago, it works very well. There was an offer that allowed us to get a refund. Already, to participate, countless things to send back, including the "barcode" of the product cut out on the package: what I sent. I am contacted again 1 month after telling me that it misses the complete number which hides on the box behind the barcode, and that without this number I can not be refunded. Uh ... 2 months after my purchase you think I kept the package all cut? Worse, I'm told on the phone "Well, you have not made a copy?" But who makes a copy of the bar code of what he buys ... In short, next time I will not waste my time and I will buy elsewhere. And to see the other comments, I'm not the only one!

The "Departures on vacation" refund offer is a scam! It is written in the conditions that you must return your file by mail within three working days after purchase. I find it already limited but hey ... I buy the car radio on a Saturday and I send my file on Sunday ... a few weeks later I receive an email telling me that I have not met the conditions for reimbursement because I dragged too much to send my file.
I sent a complaint ... they are ostrich.
In short, do not count on it, it is a scam.
