Attention, scandalous pioneer customer service:

I bought the black VSX924 K amplifier from Darty. During the warranty period, I encountered many problems with this product, one of which was a major one: HDMI HS card. The diagnosis was made during the warranty period, and repaired.
A few days ago, this same product broke down, it was impossible to turn it on.
I went back to Darty, paid a 50 quote to identify the fault.
Result: HDMI HS card again ... this time out of warranty.
I am therefore asked to pay more than 300 to change the product (practically the purchase price at the time).

Result: The customer service refused my request without providing any explanation or justification on the HDMI HS card twice.
It is therefore apparently normal that an HDMI card of an amplifier breaks down twice and that the customer buys a new product.

A minimum of respect for its consumers would be welcome, especially when the request is justified and argued.
