Called looking for advice about my Pioneer system that still runs R22 and how I should tackle the aging system. Great, honest help instead of the usual 'you should buy something new' or no advice and the agent going ahead and changing the very expensive R22 refrigerant leaving you with a $2000+ bill. Definitely recommend using these guys, they're all about what's best for the customer and not squeezing the most money out of you.
This company avoid them. Poor service and don't fulfil obligations to turn up on time or fix your airconditioning.

Warranty claim not honoured by this company. Non responsive when asked for copy of their technicians report. Installer repaired the unit at own cost. Would never recommend this company to anyone.

I couldn't speak highly enough about this company. Pioneer was recommended to us by friends who had their air-conditioner replaced for a renew system. They saved $$$ on their energy bill so we decided to go for it, and I'm so glad we did! Our first power bill since the change over just came in and WOW! Highly recommend this system and company, very professional from start to finish. My husband is loving it and we are happy to be not only saving money but reducing our impact on the environment. Thanks guys!!
