They don't accept Amerigroup and the way the guy told me it was rude.
I had asked for Silvadene. He asked if I had a prescription. Well unless you sell illegally prescription medicine, uh yes I have a prescription!
I went in for a quick script and I was tended to very diligently and very professionally at first with the front staff on the pharmacy side. definitely would like to keep doing business with this pharmacy. plus their location is very convenient. also I ran in for some otc cold remedies and the young guy at the front remembered my name! could not ask for better service!
Best pharmacy ever!! The service is great.. the staff is so nice and helpful you actually want to go into the pharmacy.. I recently moved so now I use there delivery option and they always deliver right away.. I would never switch pharmacies..
I change my pharmacist because my primary doctor requested and suggested he said they are really good and they are exellent and actually the pharmacist is really nice and the driver who does the delivery is really nice but the people that answer the phone a guy and a girl they are rude and nasty .u should read all the reviews and see that we all agree with the same .. U should make some changes. I wonder who owns the pharmacist i would like to talk to him..
It s interesting to see the polarizing reviews here. And it seems to be clear that the customer service reps are the real problem. I went in to simply drop off a UPS package. I was told that they are not doing drop offs at the moment and she didn t know when they would start back up again. It was a silly statement with a silly attitude so I just walked out. Avoid this pharmacy because as the rep also told me, there are other places around here that do that.

Three times there and the young guy that takes the prescription is very rude, he s not cordial in fact he s very obnoxious. And the young lady that s on the lottery area, also has treated me

Chris is one of the best workers here. He's very helpful and knowledgeable. And always greets you with a smile. Best pharmacy to go to. They always help in getting you the best medication that you need. I always feel great after going to the doctor's that they will have all my prescriptions ready..... with little to no wait.
I have been coming to this pharmacy since it was Owens by the Chinese. They were very friendly and pleasant with the customers. I manly go there for my mom's medication. Let me tell you, Now, the have the rudest people working there. It's like they don't even want to help you. The only person that's friendly is the girl that works there. To my bad luck she's not always there when I go. She's very helpful but, the young boy. He really needs to learn some manners. Aside from the fact that when people talk to him in Spanish he pretends not to understand! With that Peruvian face, really? I guess I start refilling my moms prescriptions downtown at palace pharmacy!
Fast and great customer service. They also deliver to me in Bergen County, which is very convenient when requesting a refill.
