I contacted PinnacleCare on March 2 after I received a postcard from my health insurance company regarding their service. I prompted spoke with a "client adviser specialist" who took my info and request. Now, 3 weeks later, I am still waiting for a referral. -- Today, I received another postcard from PinnacleCare stating "PinnacleCare gets you fast access to the right care." Three weeks doesn't seem fast to me.
