I have worked with Kathryn several times over the years and she has always been quick to respond and takes action quickly. If I am interested in a new position, she checks it out right away and keeps me in the loop. She is always professional responsive. I always enjoy working with her, which is the reason I contact her first, before any other consulting firm, when I am on the job market.

Spam called me a couple time a couple days in a row. Left no voicemail. Caused a issue during a web based job interview. Phone was on do not disturb but i have a exception for spam calls as i have family in the hospital. They called back to back and it caused a issue in the interview as it was just a recruiter. A idea would be if you don't get some on first call just send them a email and setup a call time. This would go a long way for a better opening to dialog. Also note that for most of these reviewers this is their only review...

If anyone deserves a great review it is definitely Lillie Peyrovi. Working with Lillie was an exceptional experience. While waiting a very lengthy time (9 months or more) for a prospective employer to bring me on board, she maintained non-stop contact as well as constant updates of the status. I believe Lillie Peyrovi is one of the best recruiters in the business. I am highly impressed as well as very satisfied with her thorough support during the hiring process. I look forward in recommending Lillie at Pinnacle Group to all of my colleagues based on my trust in her and integrity of character.

I was contacted by Nathan Harlan for a remote role in early February 2021. He submitted me without going over any details of next steps, or benefits. I had to ask and have him send over. 3 weeks go by, Nathan contacts me on 3/4 to let me know he rec'd a request to interview on Friday, 3/5, wasn't available. He sends me an update for 3/8 on 3/4 with a time only no details, no links, no names. 4:00 pm on 3/5, nothing. I believe Nathan should have done more to get the information necessary to confirm an interview, and let me know what is going on. His lack of care, lack of follow up gave a really negative impression on me regarding his work ethics and how he treats candidates is very disrespectful and quite honestly shows in my opinion laziness. Reading the other very good reviews, I would have been much better off with one of the women recruiters as they have it together and are interested in detail mindedness, and follow-up with their candidates. Nathan did a really poor job, and for that reason I would advise candidates to request someone else if they are contacted by him.
