Bought a bottle of Pinnacle propane for my grill from local C- store, the bottle was half full when my grill wouldn't run checked and the bottle was full of "heavies" which is junk liquid hydrocarbon residue that will not burn, thick enough to clog the jets on my grill too, company said that all they would do was to replace the fuel bottle- said to take it back to the store, C-store said that they wouldn't take it back, so had to go to Home depot and exchange(pay) for a new bottle of Blue Rhino fuel, then had to replace burners on my grill to get gas to flow again. totally bad company with terrible customer service (don't answer phone and then said that they had no idea of what the clear oily liquid coming out of the bottle was) , and then did not fix the damage that their product caused.

I swear, these people must go for training to be so rude and unwilling to help. I don't understand why the home office won't correct this. After reading reviews, this is rampant throughout the company. Either these employees have to pass a rudeness test to get hired, or the employees are trained to be rude.

If I could leave less than one star I would. I have been trying to contact someone in corporate about some false charges on my account, left a few messages and no calls back. My local branch is also incredibly unhelpful and rude.

Just wanted to Thank Pinnacle Propane for the excellent install at my property by Tim. I have been very happy with Tim and the Pinnacle Service, so I am expanding my use and doubled the capacity of my system. Tim patiently answered numerous questions and guided my complex upgrade. I have a conflict with Pinnacle on my billing. I have left 7 messages over a 2 month period of time to talk to someone. Granbury, never answers, doesn't return calls. Sad, because when it was Cleburne Propane they gave a damn about their customers.

Worst Company to deal with. Never ever buy product from this company. We are cancelling all our vendor contracts with this company. Always out of products, poor customer service. Management has no clue about anything.

Realized that their 20# tanks are only filled to 15#
