We pay HOA dues for trash, snow, and landscaping this company hires unreliable people then does nothing about. Like to know where my HOA fees are going. Snowed last week snow sat on the side walk for 2 days before I went out and finally shoveled myself for fear of law suit today only one on the block not to have trash picked up. Nothing we can do about it I was told by the representative. But I paid you to have the service done horrible customer service!!!!!
I honestly can't figure out if this firm is a scam or just incredibly incompetent. For 5 years I have received a bill for storm water management and every year I have called to inquire why my neighborhood floods due to a lack of storm water management (there is no storm water drain). I have never received a call back and I have yet to speak with anyone other than the secretary. This is ridiculous and should be illegal. If anyone has any insight it would be greatly appreciated.
12/10 and still haven't received a reply. I contacted you because you're the one who sends me a bill and on that bill it clearly states, "Please let us know if you have any questions."
Awful Management Company. Ryan Abbott lies, deceives and covers up his lack of performance by saying, "We're working on that..." They charge our HOA every time an owner calls their office, it's like they punish you for helping them do their job. imo,....look elsewhere!
