Pinheads Bowling Center Review

Wait times are incredibly inaccurate. Showed up at 5:30 & they quoted me an hour to an hour & a half wait time, which is what I expected as they seemed to have a decent of folks there. We were told to play in the arcade or get a drink at the bar. There were 0 instructions on how to use the arcade (You have to get a game card & load it with credits at a machine) and the area is unmonitored so the kids are throwing balls everywhere so be willing to dodge while playing or walking around. The bar had us wait 15 minutes to get canned beer and the appetizers took 45 minutes to get out. At 8:30 they told us it would be another 45 minutes until a lane was ready. For any math whizzes out there that does mean we waited 3 hours & 45 minutes for a 1-1:30 hour quoted wait time.

This place seems like a Chuck-E-Cheese that serves beer. Next time I want to have this much fun, I'll go to the DMV with a 6-pack.

Great to do venue. Seems like they have it all. Great restuant with outside tiki hut. Volleyball, arcade, bowling, privet rooms. Going to book my sons rehearsal dinner there.

It was if we were invisible. Service was the worst I have ever had and the food was mediocre at best.

We will never be coming. Back to Alley's Alehouse again.

We really enjoyed bowling at Pinheads! It is such a cool experience, and the feel is totally different than a traditional bowling alley, with nice finishes, multiple restaurant/food options, a huge bar and servers that help you directly at the lanes. We will definitely return.

Love the entire feel of the place but hours are limited & prices are steep. Regardless, you are paying for a great experience!

I did know I had mIstakenly given Ally's a one Star. I have been at Ally's multiple times and gave had excellent service and good. My wife and I had above excellent service and food for our daughter's wedding reception last year. The whole Pinheads facility above expectations.

Great food. Good beer selection. Music bingo was fun.

For what the place is, I think it's pure genius. A bowling alley/ gaming center/ restaurants. I tried the scorpion pepper burger challenge. Failed horribly, 1 bite and yeah I had to quit. Still had a great time with my family though.

Kid and family friendly, even in the evening, with live music, good drinks, and good food. Gluten free pizza and foods are available. Reasonable prices, free parking, friendly staff.

I was in from out of state. My extended family went here for a birthday party. Pretty impressive with the bars, lanes and food was alright for an alley.

Ive been here twice now. Never bowled but have ate and drank. Both times the service was excellent. I cant say enough about how personable our server and bartender were. I was truly impressed with the customer satisfaction. We had the Chicken BBQ pizza. Its was very good. We had the "Turkey" and Moscow mule to drink. Both were made perfectly. I would recommend to any one!

Great lane service. This one worker kept checking up on us consistently which led to more drink orders for the house! Good job Pinheads staff for an overall enjoyable experience

Great venue, they have live music, bar and bowling... and beach volleyball on spring and summer

Very poor service. Food came out cold and stale. Took us our entire meal to recieve the drink ordered, barely anyone here. The kitchen staff needs a few lessons on how to prepare food properly. We will not be returning.

Fantastic ambiance, great place to hang out if you're indecisive about playing at arcade or catching a game with your friends. I had a vegan burger, couldn't put my finger on it, but they found a way to make it meat-like without it being the impossible burger. I dont know how they did it, but it's very similar. (ask for ketchup though)

Good options in appetizers and we got seperate area which was not happening as compare to other areas

The place looks great. The lanes are good. The balls and shoes are of higher quality.

Hosted a private party in one of the suites and had a great time.

It's great, there always seems to be a few lanes ready to go. We took my daughter there for her first time bowling and it's easy to set the bumpers to go up per each person bowling.

Loved the arcade and the food at the Alley ale house.

We had a family bowling last weekend. The bowling alley is great, the system is very easy to operate and funny for kids. But I have bad experience with the food service. Food was good, but service was pathetic. I ordered three sodas and it never came. After waiting for quite some time, I went there again and reminded them. They said it will be given shortly. Again it never came. Finally the kids went there and got it. This is very bad service.

I was there last Friday and had a blast. The place was clean overall, and the staff was friendly. My only issue as with some kid working at the cafeteria counter, he was talking to some kids which, I assume he knew, and as soon as he saw us trying to order he gave us the most annoyed look ever. But overall I really liked this place and I'll come back when I get a chance.

Excellent time bowling, great time on dark ride, and some fantastic ales on tap! Management is top notch, will be back very soon!

Huge, lots of different areas to be in and things to do. Can bring kids, families, dates, friends, or coworkers. Something for everyone. Clean. Courteous staff.

A group of 15 people came to this location. My sister was not feeling well and was targeted because she later her head on the table. The manager by the name of Trevor who was a kitchen manger stated that she has to lift her head from the table or she has to leave. She has not bothered anyone nor was she disruptive. We were paying customers who purchase plenty of food. He didn t have any other reason to ask us to leave other than she had to lift her head from the table. What kind of establishment that serves liquor and has several guest that are drunk and belligerent and distrust other guest asks a woman who isn t feeling well to leave ? I felt target due to us being African American woman! We come here quite often but after tonight I will never step a foot in this racist establishment again.

A lot of fun here, good environment, good pizza, good beer and drinks and awesome bowling.

Had a fun time here. Great late night bowling without some of the technical issues that plague some bowling alleys.

Good service, nice alley and a cool arcade. There tends to be a long wait if its busy, but usually its easy to pass the time here.

Love the ability for eating and drinking as well as bowling or volleyball. Great atmosphere and plenty of activities for the whole family.

One of the few places with a decent arcade. Avoid the ridiculous ticket exchange for useless toys and candy line! I told my kids I would pay them 2 dollars NOT to exchange their tickets and we all came out ahead.

We had a very nice evening. We bowled, laughed, and ate. We had a pretty large group consisting of about 20 people. The couches are really comfy.

Great place for great food! Arcade was clean and fun games for all ages. Went here for the first time on a date night and will be going back! Great staff, very friendly and helpful.

Great place for the family or a group of friends to eat, drink, and have a blast. Bowling and drinks were reasonably priced. Three place was very clean and staff were friendly as well.

Nice, had fun with my family and I don't even like bowling really.

Good menu, clean facilities. Bald manager with glasses was extremely rude when i asked why he couldn t open the garage doors for me. They also have (or had) a bartender that said he didn t remember how to make a certain drink and just put stuff in it when I said it wasn t right.

Had a great time bowling with my Grandsons! I won when the orange pin came up! Threw a strike When I needed too!

1st time going there ...They got it going on .duck bowling .reg bowling.game room for children .food and bar for grown ups. .very nice .clean .waitress a little slow
But still nice food was good and plenty

They changed their pricing to more of a group pricing and it isn't worth it if just my wife and I want to go.
