I liked that you have a safety measures in place but please Enforce them. Patrons were not abiding by, i.e. not wearing a mask as instructed by City of Fishers and Indiana State Law except while eating, drinking or bowling. Although I believe its possible to Bowl while wearing a mask... Periodically you should make announcement reminding patrons/customers to protect others and themselves while enjoying Pinheads...

Just went today and horrible customer service all around. Once again card machines for games were down, every time we go they are down. Two girls in prize shop (both start with a K) can t decide on things. I couldn t tell if it was one line were they were helping every other customer or if it was two lines. Either way one girl couldn t load cards and they can t telling me to stand back in line, even if it was the line I came from. Waitress was told slider totally plain nothing on it with fries kids meal chicken tender with fries . I got cheese on the slider and both came with tater tots and she gave me a look like I didn t tell her. Waited for ever for food and for a new slider gave up on fries. During duck bowering mechanic cut in from of my little nephew to go down ally and didn t say a word we had no idea what was going on. Couple next to us informed us that they were waiting for him for a very long time to get a ball. I guess he didn t feel like explain things to us and thought we should have already known. He was very unfriendly. Mangment needs to hang signs letting people know when card machines are not working and girl in prize shop should have a sign on register if she can t load card.

We checked this place out on a Saturday after 10pm. The bowling was cheap 10$ per person til close/1am. The atmosphere was great. Had a DJ playing music . We had about a 20 min wait but there s arcade games and a bar (they had a live band that night). So the wait was painless. It s clean, updated bowling alley. Good times!

Terrible service. Visited on May 13th @ 1:30 pm. We were not greeted at all. Only two other people in the restaurant. Finally a girl told us we could sit anywhere. We sat down and we were never waited on. We finally got up and left.

I only patronized the eatery component of the establishment, didn't really expect a $3 glass of Coca-Cola or Pepsi and sandwiches at $9 for a grilled cheese sandwich and upwards for others. Apparently one is not expected to merely go there to eat, but to pay the price for conversation and watching sports on overhead big screen TV.

Pinheads is a participating member in KidsBowlFree summer program. Two games, 3 days a week, for only the cost of shoes. Great fun in a clean atmosphere. They have options for the displays and give advice for lane etiquette!

Very fun to bowl! Only complaint is that in the arcade, it's extreamly difficult to accumulate enough tickets to buy yourself a single pack of Skittles, because it takes literally 300 or so tickets and you get like 20 tickets per game!! I got myself a couple bouncy balls..

This is the nicest bowling alley I've ever been to. Clean, friendly staff and wonderful food. It is a little pricey, but you're not getting frozen French fries from a bag. They serve up gourmet pizzas, sandwiches, salads, they even have fish tacos...a go to of mine! They have accommodations for all ages, they even have this cute little dinosaur slide to help toddlers roll the ball.

Most likely to give 4.7 stars. Was a lot of fun and kids enjoyed it a bunch. Food was really good and staff was friendly. It would be nice to be able to get shoes beforehand so you don't waste time while your getting into your lane. Plus with 5 kids it's nice a lane only costs $25 an hour. Overall great experience but need a few more lanes.

There's absolutely no reason to come here Friday o...

There's absolutely no reason to come here Friday or Saturday during the winter if you plan on just coming here to bowl if you are a couple or without reservations.

If you were to have a reservation for 2 hours, they hold it for the hour before and if they are late, they keep it held. So there's an open lane for at least up to 60 minutes to say 90, which we have seen, just sitting there dark. Over 33% of the time the lane sits there dark while others are waiting to just bowl!

Spoke with Manager and he stated this would happen at Top Golf as well. Are you kidding me? There's no way Top Golf lets a Bay sit vacant for an hour to hour and a half for a two hour reservation. Yet this is how they operate.

I was instructed to go to Alley's to eat/drink or at the arcade to pass the time since there were 25 people waiting ahead of us with no reservations. If you did not let a lane sit dead for 60-90 minutes, you would not have people waiting.

Just fyi.... you're paying for up to 6 people (shoe rentals as well) when you reserve a lane and a minimum of 2 hours. So a couple with shoes have to spend over $40 extra just for reservations to bowl..... yippy!

If I only rated this place based on bowling quality , I'd give it a 5, it even has cool restaraunt and arcade area. But the problem here is the wait is always crazy. Your lucky if you can get a lane, and it's not cheap.

We were told our wait for a lane was 60 minutes. 1 hour and 15 minutes I to our wait we were told there were 4 people ahead of us. 1 hour and 45 minutes later we were told they called us 30 minutes ago.

Our pager never went off.

We will not be back.

I want to thank Manager Tommi for her courtesy and professionalism in helping ease a very upsetting experience at the conclusion of my daughter's 12th birthday party yesterday, Saturday, June 1 at Pinheads. It was my first and last visit - I do not recommend this venue, and Tommi is the only reason I selected a 2 star rather than a 1 star rating. In brief, both the waitress for Lane 10 next to us and the Bowling Manager Zack were extremely abrupt, rude, and showed a total lack of tact and consideration for myself and my guests by insisting that I interrupt my daughter's' final fifteen minutes we had set aside for birthday cake and rearrange ourselves, our food, and the presents at the table, not because we were taking up the entire table - far from it - but because we were occupying the "wrong" portion of the table. To be more specific, I purchased a Summer Package for 2 hours of bowling, in the afternoon, for 1 lane, 6 guests. My daughter invited four friends to celebrate her 12th birthday. The girls finished their second frame, and we hoped to use the last fifteen minutes of our allotted time to sing Happy Birthday, have a slice of birthday cake, and take a couple of group pictures. A family of three had begun using Lane 10 next to us in just the final half hour we had left. We used the square portion of the table to lay out the cake and presents so all the girls could gather around, and kept the three stools and rectangular portion of the shared table clear for the family just in case. As I was serving cake, the waitress for the family in the adjoining lane curtly informed us we needed to rearrange ourselves in a row along "our side of the table" because the family had just ordered some food. I asked her if we could just use the square portion of the table for the remaining fifteen minutes we had left of our time to finish our cake and conclude our party, then we would be gone. She argued loudly we had to move, and when I told her the three stools and the entire second section of the table were available for the family, she informed me that was not how it was done and they had a side of the table and we needed to move. Again I pointed out the three stools and the empty portion of our table. She went to get her manager Zack, who also, in front of the girls without asking me to step away to speak with him, told me I was wrong, and the lane next to us needed "their side" of the table. A) There is no line of demarcation down the middle of the tables - there are two tables set up in a "T" formation for 2 lanes. B) There is no written rule as far as I was given regarding how the table is to be divided and shared. C) Food for the other lane had just been ordered, no food for them was present yet, and both the waitress and Lane Manager knew we were leaving in fifteen or less minutes. D) There was plenty of room at the rectangular section of the table for the other family to use should their food arrive before we had left. E) There was absolutely no cause for the waitress or manager to be as rude and confrontational as they were to us, since again, THERE WAS ROOM AT THE TABLE FOR THE FAMILY OF THREE. The final portion of my daughter's party was ruined by inconsiderate staff, and whether they were goaded by the family in the lane next to us, I don't know, but the family was happily bowling and seemed oblivious to what was taking place. They had not said one word to us. Needless to say, we rushed through the cake, and as I was walking away with the girls, I saw the waitress bring one plate of nachos for the family. I hope they enjoyed them at the expense of my daughter's party, because those final, rotten fifteen minutes ruined my entire experience at Pinheads. Tommi was very kind to listen to my complaint. She gave the girls arcade cards, which was appreciated, but I will not be back. There are other places to bowl and have a party in Indianapolis.

The worst service ever. Went there on a Friday. Apparently didn't have enough servers working so had to get the drinks ourselves. The thing about this is that you lose time on the bowling lanes. So technically by the time we got our drink we had lost 18 mins in our hour. When you ask for extension got a rude no. Never ever taking my team here again. Horrible experience.

We had wings and the Pepperoni chubs at the bar. The Chubs were more than we thought. In a good way. However it is a Saturday afternoon. I called 3 time before coming in and could not get anyone to answer the phone no matter how many rings or the extension I tried. I assumed it was because it is Saturday and you were busy. Wrong. There was no one here. So I wonder why no one answered. Our bartender (we are 2 of 4 people in the whole bar) although nice is horrible. Knows nothing about the beers. Knows nothing about drinks or can seem to listen. I understand she has prep work to do but we sat with dirty dishes twice for over 10 minutes and I sat with an empty beer glass for awhile. I had to ASK for another drink. This was a horrible experience and we are now leaving at halftime to go somewhere else. I believe her name is Mona.

We had a birthday party there for my son who turned 13, and 6 of his friends. We had a server who was just awesome. He took care of the boys the entire time and had fun with them. We ordered a couple of pizzas, which were some of the best pizzas I've had. Very surprising for bowling alley food. He also brought the soft drinks and made sure we had plenty the entire time. After bowling, we went to the arcade and the boys loved that too. Just a great time and great service. I guess you could say it was a little pricey, so I wouldn't do it for every birthday, but very pleased with everything about this!

We wanted to do something that wasn't dancing as entertainment for our wedding reception, but that was unfortunately all that most "wedding" venues offered in our area. We were therefore really excited when a friend recommended Pinheads Entertainment Center to us. They utilize Alley's Alehouse as their exclusive caterer, but that worked out wonderfully because the food was absolutely delicious and they didn't tack on obscene service charges or force us to meet a catering minimum. It's worth noting that the lower cost didn't mean a lower quality of service by any means. Our coordinator and service staff were all very professional and helpful. Even with having an exclusive caterer, Pinheads still allowed us to have dessert catered from a licensed baker. We also had a cash bar, but there were plenty of options available to us in terms of paying for our guests' alcohol had it been in our budget.

Entertainment options were also plentiful. We took advantage of the discounted arcade cards and private bowling suite. Our guests were able to take part in whatever activities they wanted and everyone had a great time. Pinhead's policies are very relaxed overall compared to most venues, meaning we had the freedom to create the exact kind of reception we dreamed of and were even able to make some changes at the last moment. We would definitely recommend considering Pinhead's Britton Hall as an alternative to the traditional wedding reception venue.

Nice building. The pro shop is good.

Nice building. The pro shop is good.

However, if you are interested in really bowling - don't go here. The lanes were oiled to the point were my ball was not getting any action at all.

I was told the lanes were oiled that morning.

If you want to take the kids to just have fun, this is the place. Avid bowlers avoid this location.
