Marco & Fabian provided the friendliest greeting ever upon check-in! They talked to us like old friends catching up on life... but also provided efficient check-in service, complimentary beverages and also gave us recommendations to do while we were in town. The room was so cute and perfect for a little off the grid getaway but so close to town that it was easy to get back on the grid. Amazing service & accommodations & we will definitely be back!

From check in to check out - we loved Pine Bungalows. We stayed in a river front cabin (# 21). It was very clean, had a little kitchen with dishes etc, and a beautiful bathroom with tub and shower. They even had Rocky Mountain Soap Company shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower!! The staff were amazing - seriously from the moment I walked in I was treated with smiles and kindness (the strawberry mimosa was also wonderful). Inside our room was a gas fireplace and outside had a wood stove type thing. We noticed that some of the other cabins had actual fire pits too. :). All in all, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend it.
Staff are really Friendly. Gave us complimentary drinks. Room was really cozy. There was no table in the room just a desk on the wall. Would be nice to have some kind of dining table. Only complaint is there pet policy states that they charge $30 per pet/per night. So we had 2 dogs for 2 nights. Which cost an extra $120. So beware of that.
We booked riverfront cabin at pine bungallows last weekend Each bungallow have their own parking space right beside it.. makes us easier to move our stuff Since we informed them that we travel with baby, they provide us with crib without we request it. The kitchen is neat, they have fridge, toaster, coffee maker.. the pans, mugs and plates all clean and in plastic bags
The amenities in the bathroom is awesome, all shampoo and soaps is natural, i love the soap smell, oh ya, the floor bathroom can be heated too! Cool!
They have communal firepit near their office but in bungallows they have their own fire pit. The logs is about $15. There is also fireplace inside the room
For covid safe : Based on their website info, they invested in air purification devices and placed in each room after check out to destroy pathogens
Pine Bungalows was the perfect place for my weekend getaway with a friend! Customer service was excellent from the start, and the check in/check out process was easy. We received a complimentary drink to enjoy at their restaurant before checking out our River Front Cabin which was beautiful and very clean! We were very comfortable and found that purchasing extras such as the fire kit and breakfast from the restaurant (which was delicious!) was reasonably priced and really elevated our experience. We also loved how close the location was to Jasper as an added bonus. We will definitely be back!
This was one of the most beautiful and relaxing Canadian nature filled resorts ever! Ideal for couples, older families, and small groups. It s cozy and romantic all together.
We loved the rustic Canadiana wood rooms and enjoyed local outdoor dining and a fire pit. Our dinner server Marco was one of the best servers I have ever had the meal was amazing to enjoy while we watched the local elk graze the forested land. He also made the sh*t out of a tea latte I enjoyed on a cooler spring night!
What a wonderful night away from the intensity of city and pandemic life. We walked along the gorgeous Athabasca river the property stretches beside and had breakfast by the outdoor fire. They even had super fun and Canadian chic gift shop and complimentary cocktails upon arrival!
A true spring and summer paradise after the stress of the pandemic winter! Enjoy the glaciers all the way up and down from Jasper!
Thanks for a wonderful stay! We can t wait to return in the summer and rent a whole cabin to ourselves!
The Pine Bungalows far exceeded my expectations. Being greeted with a welcome cocktail and free firewood delivery was an unexpected bonus! Super comfortable, quaint cabins right along the river. Staff are super friendly and welcoming. The food is top notch and was delivered very quickly. Far more value than staying at a hotel. This will definitely be my go-to when I'm staying in Jasper!
Stayed for 2 night from May 17-19 and from the moment we check in we were greeted by the most friendliest staff i have ever encountered at at hotel. the complementary drink upon arrival was delightful after the long 4 hour drive. we stayed in cabin 20 and it was perfect and has everything we needed.
we even slept in (until 1:30 because we stayed up to watch the sun rise and admire the recent snow fall and build a snowman.
the only downfall was the we had one of the older style stand up fire pits. instead of the newer one that are closer to the ground. but they were switching them out the day we checked out. and that our cabin door faced the road compared to facing the forest area and river ( rented a King River Front) but all in all we had a fantastic stay. and just recently booked another stay for 2 night in July.
*i want to tip my hat the the gentleman who was working the desk on May 18th. before the midnight shift. he went above and beyond to help make our stay. and offered great advice on things to do and where to eat in Jasper.
This is an awesome place to stay. We were not expecting the quality we saw. We had a King Waterfront Cabin and it was spacious and clean and upgraded. Came with everything you need to stay a few days and relax. Fully supplied kitchen with pots and pans, plates, cutlery, cooking utensils, towels, etc. All you need to bring is your food, clothing and toiletries. You can order a bundle of campfire wood from front desk for a small fee and comes with kindling, firestarter and matches. Ice is available from front desk and is delivered right to your door. In the lobby there is a small place to get ready made foods and a small amount of cooking supplies and alcohol. Recommend trying the pancake mix and syrup, was delicious. We had a dog so there is a small pet fee but worth it for the river view room, there is a small path to walk along for much needed dog breaks. Looking forward to our stay next time. If you feel like some delivery, there are a few places in town that deliver right to your cabin.
