Ben waiting on my daughter certificate for over a month now and still have not received it

I went to consumer health and food safety to get my food handler's card, the person who was there to help with that was more then rude and she dosent let me to explain my self at that moment and she was assuming things that i never said, this is not the first time that this happen to me in this place is just scary go there and try to get some information this people really hate their job i think they should stay at home because they dont do it good job

I have had to call them on several occasions to get information and they are always super responsive and get back with me quickly and email me any information that I need. I've never had any problems with the Pima County Health Department and as matter of fact they've been super helpful with everything that I've Ever Needed for the last 7 years.

They have you wait on the phones for an hour and no answer there is also always only one person working

Very rude unprofessional lady who worked there. Goes out of her way to make it so that you don't get what you need.

This is first time I ever dealt with Pima county health department and it was the worst mistake ever. Before getting tested I stayed in the hot sun for an 1 and 30 mins and I was about to pass out. Finally it was my turn to get tested for COVID and they told me it will take 3-5 to get the results but it has been 7 days and I haven t heard anything. I left over 8 voicemails and no one is calling back. The operator doesn t answer any questions, they just keep transferring the call to someone else. I encourage everyone not to get tested with Pima county health department. If you don t have insurance NEXTcare urgent care will test you for free. If you guys have my result can you please give me a call. I need a hard copy of it for my work.

I called the Dept of Health to report that a condom was on the ledge of my 5th floor apartment & shud be retrieved either by management or the DofH but Anissa sed they cudnt do anthing abt it except call management, who refused to respond. This after the management posted an all-floors bulletin that someone was throwing urine off the balcony several months ago. Failure of a govt agency to act is corruption. It's probably Y I'm first brave one to complain. Everybody's afraid. Wow, welcome to democracy.

Professional and prompt service personal or via phone, always returns phone calls and a timely manner; pretty clean exam rooms

I went in for my shot records the lady at front told me they don't do it at that location she asked another person and they didn't know who to get a hold of and they were on their phones the entire time and being loud very unprofessional

The worst organization in Tucson. This place is rotten from head to the tail. Everyone should be fired and replaced with the exception of a couple nice field agents. This department does not care about you or your business....they want money
