Do NOT buy any products from this company. I purchased a package that supposedly could be used to mount a license plate on a vehicle using the holes in the vehicle's bumper. NOTHING in that package fit together and mounting a license plate (or anything else for that matter) is an IMPOSSIBILITY using the packet of parts that this company sells for that purpose. And these rating stars should be different colors -- green which indicates level of satisfaction and red which indicates level of dissatisfaction. In this case Pilot Automotive would be awarded five (5) stars -- five (5) RED stars indicating the maximum level of dissatisfaction.

My wife purchased a Deadpool shift knob for me. Unfortunately, although it said it was universal , it wasn t. I emailed Pilot for a solution. They said to return it since it didn t work. HERE S THE COOL PART. Ty Mitchell sent me a Deadpool knob cover and Deadpool valve stem caps l, for free, to make up for it. He didn t have to. I m really pleased with this company and their dedication to keep customers happy. Thank you Ty for the other products. They look really cool on my Deadpool themed Soul.

The part I purchased was misrepresented as being OE, OEM quality, function and fit. It did not connect the same way as the original part, then failed within a few weeks. The representative I emailed with informed me that they are only a distributor of parts. I assume this means they don't feel responsible for the parts they sell. He then decided to leave early for the holiday rather than help me resolve the issue. Very poor customer service. I will NOT purchase from Pilot again.

We had an issue with one of the many LED Bulbs that we purchased for one of our vehicles. The Bulbs were purchased at a Pep Boys Automotive in Acworth, Ga. Which has since gone out of business. One of the bulbs burnt out after about 30 hours which was very disappointing but not a big deal after not having issues with any of the others. We contacted pilot to ask about warranty coverage for their product and Ty Mitchell, The Tech Support Lead, and Customer Service Representative, Responded much quicker than anticipated. I believe it was less than 24 hours. He asked for a copy of the receipt for proof of purchase which I provided. He then sent me a confirmation code and I recieved the replacement within the next three business days which arrived well packaged. I would say Pilot Automotovive is a very Honorable and Trustworthy company that provides High Quality Products.
