I loved Pillar, we lived at multiple properties and they were always so helpful. My favorite place was their location in Ahwatukee, our back window faced a hillside and it was so nice. The pools were well maintained and we always had great service.

This property management are liars and crooks. They had my daughter pay an admin fee with mo application. The next day they charged my card more then agreed and said there was a cancellation charge. This was never discussed
or revealed. Now they are keeping the funds for an application that was not to be submitted. Theanager said she should have known. Excuse me you should have advised.I will not stop until something is done

I'm a resident at Taviano. My dishwasher broke over the weekend and they were very quick and attentive to my situation. While fixing the dishwasher they also attended to some other minor issues I had. The office and maintenance staff are always professional and helpful.

I ve lived at Pillar at Taviano for over a year now and I have nothing but good things to say about this complex. I was first interested with Pillar at Taviano because of the large floor plans that I found online. I was even more pleased when I took my first visit to the complex. The apartments look large online but they re even more spacious when you see them in person. The black granite counter tops in the kitchen as well as the updated black kitchen appliances are what really sold me on this place. The staff here is incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone from the front office staff and maintenance staff. They re all extremely friendly and eager to help me. I plan on renewing my lease again next year.

I ve lived within Pillar communities for about 3 years now and have had very pleasant experiences at both properties I ve lived at. They have something called Pillar Promises which are a great customer service approach and one I ve never seen before by any other place I ve lived at. Maintenance has always been timely and the office staff at both Taviano and Elevation are always friendly and helpful. Strongly recommend to anyone looking for an affordable, luxury apartment.

I used to work for Pillar communities for years. This was by far the best property management company I have worked for. The support system is amazing and the culture Pillar provides to all their employees is beyond incredible. Like they always say the grass is not always greener on the other side and that is very true. I wish I never left!! Keep up the great work PPG you guys rock!

This organization has no compassion for people who have been affected by the coronavirus. I was living in one of their complexes for three years and I got laid off two weeks before the sixty day notice to vacate would be due. You would think that in a time like this that changing the sixty day notice to vacate to thirty days wouldn t be too much to ask for. I couldn t imagine what would have happened with them if my situation was more dire.
