Great food, great sauces, fun decor, and chill atmosphere = a great experience. Everything far exceeded my expectations, and if I lived nearby, I would definitely add Piggy Blue's to my normal rotation of favorite restaurants.

Favorite things: the eclectic mix of chairs, the Inferno sauce, and our awesome waitress who had great recommendations not only about the food, but also about other local places to visit next.

We have been visiting this phenomenal BBQ joint for 16 years. It is by far the best food for all ages. Owner and staff are very helpful and friendly. And true to the Austin tradition, they use Hormel pork. It is a huge hit with distant family and friends. When in Austin, if you're visiting the Spam museum, stop at Piggy Blues, just kitty corner down the block. They on occasion, have live blues bands.

Piggy Blues is one of the best BBQ places I have ever eaten. They take pride in their work and it shows on the plate. They have award winning sauces and a very great atmosphere.

We have occasion to visit Austin a time or two a year and this restaurant is a must stop each time we are there. The staff is friendly and efficient and the food is wonderful! The cost is quite reasonable too. If you are in the Austin area try to be there at meal time.

Food was tasty and came out in good time. Server was friendly, helpful, and accommodating. A variety of options with pork. Liked the pork tacos and cornbread. Smaller portions compared to places like Applebees or Denny's, but I prefer that.

Wow! Yup wow! I never expected to have such a great meal in a small town bbq. The food was amazing. And I have to say that the Jackass sauce that they make, just might be my new favorite bbq sauce of all times. So glad I got a chance to eat here, and I cant wait to go back again!

Good BBQ. Brisket was a little dry. Turkey was good. Limited amount of sauce choices, but what they had was good. Decent prices on beer.

The pulled pork burger is the best item on the menu

I decided to drive from Rochester just to try this place and was not disappointed at all. Food is great with generous portions at a fair price. I will definitely be back again. Best BBQ I have found in Minnesota so far.

I make it to Austin once a year for a special project, and Piggy Blue is my dinner stop every year. Outstanding ribs, awesome home made potato chips, great corn bread with whipped butter, all served by friendly, pleasant staff. It will become your favorite Austin treat as it has mine.

I had the smothered potatoes. Pulled pork, shredded cheese, onions, pickles, and mild barbeque sauce on top of a bed of fried potatoes. Mmmmmm... it was soo good!

Absolutely fantastic. One of my favourite barbecue places in general. The Po Boy is my favourite, an absolute unit of a sandwich.

First time here. Delicious! Stopped in at lunchtime on way home from Rochester. Best pulled pork I ve ever had. They have a sweet mustard BBQ sauce that i wanted to take home with me. Will always make the stop here if close by. Key Lime Pie was good too.

Some of, if not the, best BBQ in Minnesota. It seems odd that a smallish city more known for Spam than anything else can lay claim to excellent smoked goods, but this place delivers. Having lived all over the southern States, I've tried every smoked morsel I could get my hands on, and P.B.'s actually could compete with some of the best. I have enjoyed everything I tried...and I probably tried the entire menu. All of the meat options are excellent and the sides are of similar quality. My respective favorites would probably be the pulled pork and the cornbread. The fried corn fritters with honey are quite good as well. If you're in the mood for something that's smoked low and slow, you should definitely check this establishment out!

This place is really easy robins as it is in the heart of downtown. The staff are friendly and easygoing. You get a good variety of meats and sides to choose from and often times you can test all the health flavors before making a choice.

Super kid friendly here and the bathrooms are always clean. The tables never stay dirty too long and if kids touch things they don't get yelled at, really nice place to eat. And if you need a work lunch they cater!

Awesome barbecue, nice smokey flavor dry rub. Good selection of sauces. Friendly service.

If you like non-smoky BBQ, this is the place for you. My wife loves it, me not so much.

I don't typically give reviews, or lets be honest genuinely like restaurants. But this place is AMAZING!! the best smoked turkey I have ever had. We are definitely making a visit a weekly thing!

Good job on the ribs excellent job on the chicken the chicken was very juicy. Brisket and pulled pork with a little bit dry. From the Facebook post sounds like they are better known for their the cheesecake. The cheesecake was really thick it was a little spendy but very good. I would definitely recommend them.

Amazing barbeque and the corn bread is so good you will want to order extra to take home. I usually get the pork on a baked potato with butter, cheese sauce and sour cream and barbeque sauce. It's so tasty and filling.

This place is great with good prices. Nice to get real Hickory smoked food in MN its rare, apple and even Oak is tried around here.
Hickory has that distinct flavor.

The food and service was AWESOME!!! It was very delicious, and much better than other places for ribs. We absolutely love everything about the restaurant. The waitress was very helpful. Very highly recommended!!!

Passed through town, wanted a hearty fresh sandwich, stopped in for BBQ pork sandwich take out. IT WAS DELICIOUS! Meat, sauce, THE BUN - all so danged good!

I had to pick a side - chose cornbread. OH MY was that good, especially with the honey butter!!

Will definitely be going back! (Prices are high, admittedly.)
