Expensive but very high quality leather products. This place has a small cafe and public toilets and is used as a rest stop by some of the tour buses visiting nearby Florence.

We arrived on the recommendations of Internet users. She very kindly showed and explained how the process of processing leather, patterns, sewing machines, etc. is going on. They produce products of famous Italian brands, and they also sew their own brand. Then she took me to the store. Well, what can I say - NOT CHEAP. Prices, as elsewhere, or even higher, on sales can be found below. They did not compare with the markets. But the assortment is huge! By the way, prices on their website are even higher! The percentage is 20-25. But at the airport, according to your passport, you will be refunded VAT 12%. We bought a men's jacket for 440 euros, after the tax refund it came out 390. Women's bags from 150 euros and more.
I emailed customer service rep. Beverley weeks before I came to make sure they had what I wanted....she was very nice in correspondence. I took an expensive taxi ride [to and from] BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! I met Enrico who took me through factory workshop....'loved seeing it...then to their sales area. I was measured at least 5x by Enrico for a "dream" pair of black leather pants by Piero Tucci. Eugenia, a sales associate there was polite and beautiful. I bought high, high quality leather items from their sales rack. I wished I had 10x the amount of $ I spent. I truly enjoyed every minute there. Piero Tucci is 'the opposite' of what you find on the "streets" in Florence. Piero Tucci is genuine, 1st quality Tuscan leather!
Absolute best place in Florence to buy genuine leather. We were taken on a tour of the leather factory, shown the processes and craftsmanship of their beautiful products. After we were taken to their shop which has an excellent selection of their products plus other leading brands. We were able to customise our bag exactly how we wanted to the tiniest detail. Highly recommended this place to anyone wanting to buy a proper Florence leather bag. Staff are very knowledgeable and excellent service.

A fun and interesting stop on our Collette Tour. Bought a purse before it was even made. Saw a few squares laid out & loved the colors and told them to ship it to me when it was finished. We were only in Florence for a few hours from a cruise ship and we had researched this company before we came. We took a cab from the train station and buzzed at the gate. Beverly answered and came right out to greet us. She went back and forth to the back room to find just the right jackets for my husband and myself. We are so pleased with the quality. I even picked up a cute keychain as a gift for a friend. She called us a cab and we were back aboard the ship in plenty of time. A reality for shopping on the outskirts of Florence
The Customer Service at Pierotucci is exceptional and the quality of the belt received, excellent! We had an issue with delivery by the U.S. Post Office. Pierotucci proactively worked to resolve the matter. We will definitely be ordering more goods directly from their factory in Italy!
This shop is very nice because you can take a view into the production. The staff is very friendly and service is very good. The products are genuine and authentic and even after sales service is very kind and friendly towards the customer. In comparison to most Firenze shops the trustworthiness of this shop is much higher. Here you can buy the authentic Tuscany leather at a reasonable price without any doubts that it is genuine. For me, this is the best leather goods shop in Firenze area.

Their selection is much more expensive and limited than proper stores in florence so if u came here for better price, don't waste your time. However, I give 5 stars to our Mandarin speaking sales agent who was very patient to explain to us about the products.

As part of our Florance/Tuscany tour we stopped here to learn more about what a leather factory in Florance is like. We were given a very short tour of their factory filled with leather of all colors and types, all being sown into fine Italian Leather Purses. It was fun and all the staff was very kind. BEWARE: If you are a woman who likes purses, this is a very dangerous place to visit! Awesome purses but about 300.00 Euros and above.

This place is awesome. Don't be fooled by fake leather which is all over the place in Florence. They'll teach you about what makes good leather products and the history behind it. They also have a sick shop with discounted things at the end. I was super impressed with their friendliness. They even paid my taxi ride back to the city center since they are a bit farther out than some others. I highly recommend taking a tour and learning about leather.

The best leather shopping experience I've ever had. Bought 3 jackets, 1 belt and they even fixed an ill-fitting belt I was wearing (sent it back into the factory where a master belt maker re-sized it perfectly and it wasn't even their belt). Awesome. I particularly liked that the leather jackets were classic styles, not too way-out fashionable. And their branding is very discrete. Can't say enough good things. Will be coming back again and again.
