We were only in Florence for a few hours from a cruise ship and we had researched this company before we came. We took a cab from the train station and buzzed at the gate. Beverly answered and came right out to greet us. She went back and forth to the back room to find just the right jackets for my husband and myself. We are so pleased with the quality. I even picked up a cute keychain as a gift for a friend. She called us a cab and we were back aboard the ship in plenty of time. This was a once in a lifetime purchase and we wanted to make it memorable. Thank you Beverly for making us feel so welcome and helping us with our choices.
