I purchased a book for $180 for a class i was taking and then out of nowhere the school forced me into another professor's class because my original professor never published it.

The new professor required a new book that was nothing like the one i had so i took the unopened book to the bookstore just to be told its non-refundable, even though the fault wasn't mine. Schools should be helping students save money not screw them over for pocket change.

I use to go to school here during my undergraduate. The campus is very clean and big. I really enjoyed my time here at this college. I recommend parking in the art area. The parking gets tough if you don't know where to park, like all other colleges during the day.

No place else I'd rather be. Best years of my life.

Great community college. You might see negative posts, yet keep in mind it's a community college first, above all. In time it's become more, and I hope that one day I can say it's a community center, museum, ...well, a community commons/hub, where everyone in the Valley can feel comfortable interacting with. Personally, I believe it already is that, yet there's always room for improvement.
Talk to your local congressman and ask to get a bike repair shop in the near future, as that's what I am trying to get started .
Don't wait for someone else to make it happen, play an active role of your own. Let's do it!

Great campus with lots of options for classes. They #1 on transfers to UCLA....wow. Classes can be online, on campus, 16-week, and/or 8- week classes. It not.just a "farm" school but a cost-effective way to get your degree for transfer, work, skill development, or life-long learning. Great prospects at Pierce College in Woodland Hills.

Great spot to get the Pfizer, Moderna, or J&J COVID vaccine, no appointment required. Also a good college to study at for 2 years before transferring to a 4 year university.

The faculty and students are amazing. The administrative portion of the school are complete garbage. I requested my transcripts over three months ago. What kind of school only mails out transcripts through USPS in 2021. They are completely incompetent. College of the canyons had my transcripts delivered within 72 hrs. These guys are a joke.
