Loved eating here as it s so relaxing and beautiful. We had a wonderful lunch here but it was a tad bit cold so be aware. The service was excellent and they had really good shrimp cheddar sandwiches and decent kale Caesar salads. We liked the simple chill decor and decent prices.

Great food and prices, nice and laid back atmosphere with a beautiful seaside view. Their oysters are some of the freshest and tastiest I've had in the bay, about $3.50 for a half but better than the ones from the wharf. Will definitely be back.

Wonderful place. Love the outdoor seating and Mike the bartender...fahhgetta bout it. Cool staff, good food and generally a cool place too chill mid day on the weekend.

We were walking along the SF Pier looking for a place to eat and happened upon the Pier 23 Cafe. What a lucky find. Though quaint on the outside, the food was delicious, great portions, and was complimented by a great view of the bay from our seat. We had the fish tacos, shrimp & crab Louie salad. Both were fresh & plentiful. The homemade focaccia bread was a great compliment to our meal. Though a bit down the road from the crowds of Pier 39, it's worth the walk, ride or bike to the Pier 23 Cafe. We will definitely be going back

Excellent day. Service was fast and waiter attentive. Food, drinks really good and large portions. View superb. Time spent in the best company. We stayed past closing time a bit and the servers were very accommodating!!

We had their famous clam chowder and shared some fish and chips! The French fries that came with the fish and chips were really good! Nice atmosphere!

Great location as well as menu selection. The crab and shrimp sandwich is a favorite! Pair with a cocktail and enjoy the great vibe. Can get busy on weekends but very accommodating in regards to getting a good table/food quickly. Would highly recommend checking out if you are in the area.

Super chill spt. People fun and great vibes. Meet a really cool guy the 1st day in town then on the way out stopped and a last few drinks. Check it out. You can't eat inside but they have outside right now. Drinks are amazing as well.
