This place is good. It's right next to CSUF and so it's always busy with students, hungry students at that. The food was good. They have a bunch of options to choose from. The pizza comes out a few minutes later and ready to enjoy!

We came here since it opened without a problem . Then a couple weeks ago they messed up our pizza twice and gave us a card for a free one. We went back today with the card and sat for 30 minutes waiting watched people who ordered after us get their pizza. No one ever came to tell us they started our pizza on fire I guess they thought we were would just sit there and wait all day. Finally my husband asked where our pizza was because he is diabetic and needed to eat an hour ago. Oh It was the one we saw going up in flames 20 mins earlier. This pieplogy is next to the college and no matter how many people they hire they don't have enough pizzas are sitting backed up on counter and burning in oven. We left went to blaze in Brea had excellent service and food. If you wanted better food and service go to Blaze!
As many have said, this place is like chipotle but for pizzas. You can choose from a preset menu and add any toppings to your order or you can build your own pizza from scratch. The quality of ingredients used is excellent and portion size is pretty good. It is a little expensive coming to around $8 to $9 for a pizza and a drink but it is well worth it.
This is some of the best pizza in town. You get to choose your own toppings and how its made. It is very affordable and not too thick or full of nasty ingredients from some of the more commercial chains.
If you order online, then be ready for more than 45 mins. They give priority to their in store order over online order. I will not go again to this place.
Love pielogy but this place moves at the speed of hipster snails. Took 1 hour from the time we got in line to the time we actually got the order handed to us. Also the pizza was a bit on the burned side. Some of the staff is trying and some are struggling, honestly I think it lacking the right management, although the manager seems like a really nice guy.
Had their Cauliflower Pizza crust with numerous toppings. Loved the crust. Kathleen, Acting Mgr did a excellent job handling any situations. Good job Kayleen.
If you're in Fullerton and craving pizza you can create your own customizable pizza at a reasonable price here! This place looks exactly like a Chipotle, except with pizza instead of a burrito. I like that there's lots of seating, that they have a lot of toppings, and that it is pretty cheap! Highlights for me were the wheat dough and the $2 cinnamon dessert pizza.
I would say the location is kinda out of the way unless you are a CSUF student, so its definitely not worth it to drive here unless you are less than 10 minutes away. The service was good and the pizzas were done pretty quickly. Crowd is mostly college students, and you can probably expect a small line but not too long of a wait. I wish they had an oreo pizza or ice cream pizza, but maybe that would sacrifice efficiency.
Overall, this place is pretty good. Not as good as 800 degrees, but I'm a little biased since I'm a Bruin :)
Love the food, the guest service is great, I really enjoy coming here and always am a lot happier when I leave. Great job to the manager, the shift lead, and the employees. Keep up the great work because you guys work great under pressure.
Great pizza. Love that they have gluten free and vegan cheese options. Only improvement could be the friendliness of the staff but overall great for a quick pizza bite. A Fullerton favorite.
I used to think this place was good but after noticing some employees questionable hand washing techniques after coming from break or digging a bracelet out of the trash I'm done with this place.
Love this place, great safe lunch place for me and my woman for about a year (give or take). Only place I like thin crust pizza, you can taste the freshness and $7.50 for unlimited toppings ain't bad at all.
Well here we go again, currently writing this review since my other was deleted. Since it seems the management would rather pay to delete reviews rather than fixing the problem.
This is place is disgusting to say the least.
I posted a review since a couple months back I found A LIVE COCKROACH IN MY SALAD AND SOMEHOW MY REVIEW IS VANISHED. And no one has done a thing to fix this place. It needs to be inspected by the health department ASAP.
Currently working on sending a report to the health department as we speak, as well as corporate. I reached out to manager when the incident took place, he didn t seem very apologetic or eager to fix the problem so I never returned for refund. Here s a pic of the wonderful critter, once again , it was alive and crawled out of middle of my Caesar salad. I can only imagine what else lurks in there ingredients .
Excellent pizzas a good variety of toppings. Seems like they're constantly understaffed though. Just a large amount of traffic goes through here and staff works hard to keep up but that just seems like there's not enough of them.
Ingredients are fresh. Cauliflower crust is amazing. They are not too generous with the toppings so I often have to ask for more cheese or toppings, but they add more without hesitation. I have ordered items online quite frequently, and picking up is no fun. VERY UNORGANIZED. I have stood AT THE PICK UP COUNTER for several minutes, and have been TOTALLY IGNORED, no eye contact whatsoever! Every time, Ive had to get someone's attention after minutes of just standing there, while others are being served their food. They are completely understaffed & owner should consider a separate organized, marked line for online orders & more staffing.
Here you get in line and when your turn you choose everything for your pizza: crust, sauce, toppings, etc. Similar to Chipotle or Subway but for pizza and salads. Good pizza! They have thin, wheat, pan, cauliflower and gluten free crust choices.
Great local place for a nice single platter pizza. Lots of quiet places to sit and eat right outside. Evening brings a relaxing atmosphere for outside dining.
Custom-built pizzas are great since you know you'll get what you like/want. Pieology has a diverse selection of good ingredients but I would prefer a few other things over some of what's available. The garlic herb spread is truly a must for your pizza.
The only downside to this place is the popularity. Even at off hours, you can find yourself in line for 20-30 minutes. Is it worth it: perhaps, but be strategic if you can.
One of our family's favorite restaurants at home. With my daughter going to CSUF we'll have a place to eat for a test when we visit her. Think of Pieoigy as the Subway of pizza where you get to choose all of your toppings. As many toppings as you want. Then it's freshly baked in a fire oven and brought to your table.
Its always good. They aren't skimpy but I dont care for soda and the water tastes bad unless they got lemons. Which they normally do. *update. Servers were so nice about lemons they brought them out to me personally... girl casher and girl bringing out pizza, I was impressed. Felt sorry for guys making pizzas they were slammed and looked under staffed. They did excellent and above and beyond
There was a wait BUT we did not mind it one bit because the employees were fantastic! Cynthia even came around with drinks and samples! What?! They were rockin tonight!!
I love Pieology! There food and environment is great. I always get extra cheese and chicken at no additional charge. This time I tried their new thicker crust and it was good, but if I had to pick between the new or traditional crust, I would go for traditional. The thick crust is definitely worth a tired if you haven't tried it.
Keto pizza is pretty good. Kinda pricey and smaller than Blaze's keto pizza, but if you're craving pizza and on low carb I think it tastes better than Blaze. It is a bit smaller though.
Small pizza thrown together. Each slice looks like a different kind of pizza. Some slices have no chicken, some slices have no topping, some have double toppings. Thrown is the correct word. Same plan as Blaze, but no where near same quality. 6:30 wed. night, every table dirty. Here 1/2 hour nobody came out to clean? Right now 2 people in line, 7 employees looking around. Still every table dirty. Evem big liquid spill on floor. Yikes!
