We are extremely happy with Piedmont Security Systems. We started small with a few security cameras and a DVR system. We later decided to expand our system and additional cameras as well as door access control, fire and burglar systems. Piedmont was there and ready to grow with us as we were ready. The team is extremely responsive and willing to work with you based on your needs.

After getting a quote from one of the national companies, we got a quote from Piedmont as well. Prices were a little lower and they threw in a few other things to make it even better. But the service and the friendliness of everyone there has been great. They have done everything professionally and always made good when there was a hiccup. Definitely a company that looks out for you, highly recommended.

Piedmont Security was great to work with from sales to support. During the sales pitch, Tom was very honest and upfront. There were no hidden charges and recommended best value, not highest cost. The installers were quick, professional and followed through on everything. The cameras are easy to use and very high quality. Even the support after completion has been great. I'd highly recommend to anyone I know for professional security systems.

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. Tom (the owner) is a no nonsense-make the customer happy type of guy. Installed a new system at one of our locations. We were blow away at the quality of service and the integrity that their systems bring. With the great experience we had, we have now used them in 3 of our other locations. They were patient and answered all of our questions, clearly laid out the costs and worked with us as we went over multiple security scenarios. The install team had a few roadblocks to clear during the install and they were friendly, professional, and incredibly hard workers.
