A bunch of jokers. In the end I had to pay for my product twice before they would deliver it. I raised many support cases over the course of 3 months, all to be closed immediately as 'Solved'. It was a failed Xmas present for my little girl. Well here's my present back to you, Picsolve.

ONE STARS - Highly unprofessional company with no customer services. An inadequate system for email corespondence. Unsupported by Merlin Entertainment as well so no chance of any resolve from both parties.

Wont extend annual digipass for the time missed during attraction closures and lockdown's. Leaving people very short on what they paid for. Customer services is basically sorry for the upset caused, close the case and put it as resolved.
