Ordered customized blizzards and the staff had no problem making them and accommodating us. The drive through line is often quite long and the location could use more service windows, especially during peak hours, but overall a very positive experience.

Great service, friendly staff and they were able to a customized cake for me overnight. The cake turned out great! It was perfect for my 1 year old birthday celebration. Even though she couldn't have a party, we wanted her to get a nice cake and she loves ice cream. Price is great as well.
They are carrying on as best they can despite the pandemic. Quality of the ice cream hasn't been affected and the staff is friendly. $8 for two medium cones seems steep compared to McDonald's and Wendy's though.

What can I say? It's Dairy Queen!! The place to go if you have a sweet tooth. Due to CO-VID, the line ups can be a pain, but I find if you go later on in the evening, you should be good!
Drive thru during covid-19 is good. Even though they got 1 order wrong, they easily corrected without any issue. Compared to other drive thru places right now - 5 stars.

You get what you expect from Dairy Queen...at least in terms of the icecream. Don't waste your money on the food. Definitely some of, if not the, worst fast food you can get.
They gave me a banana split with a rotten banana in it, black all the way through. I smelled it before I saw it! I asked for a better banana, the manager pulled a new bunch out showed me, said they're all like that, with attitude, so I had to change my order. For the first time in 58 years of eating banana splits at a dairy Queen.

I bought a sheet cake ,flavoured Strawberry cheese cake. I had the cake inscribed for me, and since strawberry is pink, we had to give this cake a masculine touch. We had it bordered in blue and the greeting as well. My cake was made fresh for me and I picked it up the next day. Staff was friendly and helpful
Ordered a chocolate brownie blizzard and a few other items and two people repeated the order back to us correctly. After receiving it they still gave us the wrong blizzard we ordered!
Great desserts. I have a server nut allergy and when I inform the staff, they sterilize all the equipment to avoid cross contamination.

Seth, our server at the counter, was so polite and friendly I'd hire him in a heartbeat. Food was the usual fast fare but the customer service we received was the cherry on top that far exceeded our expectations.
Purchased a Log Ice C cake. Selections are on a Poster at entrance Lobby. Not allowed to look at Displays ( fridge) as b4. One person at a time . Fast ,warm service

I agree with the great service....but as of the moment we are eating here for my son ask to eat out and chooses this place together with a friend from School. We bought ice cream cake as he requested and my wife ask for 6 plates for the ice cream cake. She was told to pay for the plates for $1 each.
This place is great to get your ice cream fix and for birthdays you can never go wrong with an ice cream cake! I'm not one to eat from here, but I have and the food is actually not bad. Can't go wrong taking the kids here for some food and ice cream.

Every time I order poutine in this location they cheap out on the fries and gravy. It's a shame because this location is closest to where I live. Customer service is good though.
My wife and I have been to other Dairy Queen locations and we were generally impressed with their COVID-19 procedures in their drive throughs. However, at this location in Pickering we were appalled at how our food was handled in their drive through. No gloves on and hands all over the upper portion of dripping ice cream cone! This is just not acceptable!
We refuse to go back to this location.
Ordered 3 items. One item was small sundae for around 5.00. They put a tablespoon of topping. I requested more and the cashier was going to charge me. I'm already paying 5.00.
The product offered should match the price point. They eventually added a tiny bit more topping on my hot fudge sundae.

Staff was nice, they allowed me to order for my girlfriend while i was picking up an order for skip the dishes loool ,i appreciate that. This location gets busy at certain times during the day so be prepared to wait in line at the drive tru or in store. It is worth the wait.
Reasonable dairy Queen. Maze to get into and out of deep in the plaza. Almost needed a map and cartographer to figure out where the drive through was.
New summer Blizzards. Ice cream always tastes good. Kids love to go back, again and again.

I often only see Dairy Queen as a spot for icecream, but I recently ordered the Honey BBQ chicken strips and they are delicious!! The ranch along with it is very good.
This is the third time my girlfriend asked for extra cheesecake in her blizzard and there was only couple pieces on top and the rest was just vanilla ice cream. Will try another location from now on.

Was in the store to order a VERY last minute cake. Ally was amazing and got a cake ready within 10 minutes. She even surprised me with a little extra design details on top. No other ice cream parlour in Scarborough or Pickering was willing to do that for me. Thank you so much Ally for the amazing service. My son loved his space galaxy cake!
